Forgot to put cheese on cheeseburger, fish sandwich looked as if they threw the sandwich at the box as it was mess. The tartar sauce was only half on the bun, same with cheese and the fish. Just Sloppy mess. The fries, at least, were hot.. Won't be back.

I went with our softball team to have lunch before our drive to point arena and there was a lot of people ordering and was told nobody could take our order we had to use the machine and then pay them ok. All orders were wrong and the food was cold in the middle of burgers and nuggets. The worst McDonald's ever. Your in Fort Bragg go somewhere else and eat. Fast food is expensive and to not get what you ordered and it cold is just wrong. We were going to eat in but it took so long we had to get it to go due to our game.

Horrible customer service. Ordered from the app in the drive thru. Drove a mile down the road and realized both sandwiches were wrong. One was missing cheese and the other was a completely wrong sandwich. Turned around, went inside, apologized for the inconvenience and asked if I could have the correct sandwich, (didn't mention the missing cheese sandwich).The employees seemed annoyed with me, they then got the manager, he wanted proof of receipt on my app bc he didnt believe me, aggressively took the wrong sandwich, gave me the correct sandwich, I thanked them, and shooed me away. Very comical and very unprofessional. Bizarre experience.

Why would you ask if everything is correct if you're going to tell me you can't make a change when I say everything is not correct? Bad management leads to bad service. No wonder your workers think it's OK to video tape themselves messing with customer
I guess I have 2 stars as the interior was clean…I had to go inside as my order was incorrect. They were pissy when I asked for a correction, where in front of me they reconstructed my sandwich instead of remaking it- only to be incorrect when they handed it to me. So if you’re keeping track, on the third try they got the order technically correct but by this time the food they had been reconstructing was freakin cold and I was done asking for them to fix it. Just took the ten dollar loss and ate elsewhere.

The atmosphere here is very unfriendly. The employees obviously hate their job.Coffee which is usually of standard quality varies from day to day.Nevertheless this experience will not deter me from enjoying my daily breakfast as I travel around the USA and Canada enjoying the usual friendly greeting with a smile and excellent service.
