This starbucks is big with lots of place to sit. Nice pleasant atmosphere. Service is very good. People serving are happy people people always smiling.

The worst customer service ever! Everyone everyday are so rude! They act like it's a big deal to make the drinks. None of them smile. They all act better than you. They are stuck up!!! Seriously need to work on being friendly with customers!!!!

Not the best. Took the family in for a much need breakfast coffee. Ordered coffee and sandwich. They lost the sandwich and tried to say it was my fault!!! Service was slow, and to be honest a little rude.

I stopped by this Starbucks location to kick-start my morning with a much-needed cup of coffee and to recharge my phone. However, I was astonished to discover that there were no charging ports or outlets available in the entire store. Unfortunately, this wasn't my first experience with this issue - I had encountered the same problem at a Starbucks in Fresno, California.
When I brought this to the attention of the cashier, I was taken aback by her response. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, she seemed to find it amusing that I was unable to charge my phone. I was taken aback by her nonchalance and lack of concern for customer satisfaction.
Come on, Starbucks! You can't justify charging $7 for a cup of coffee and then fail to provide basic amenities like charging stations. This is the kind of service I expect from a budget-friendly diner, not a premium coffee chain like Starbucks. You guys are better than this. It's time to step up your game and provide the level of service that your customers deserve.
