First time here they messed up my order and the food was super cold. Wife went back to correct the order. Manager slammed the door in her face say we serve all of our food hot. Liars! Ordered more food hoping it would be warm. Cold again! Someone needs to be fired.

Always an intestinal risk trying a new Taco Bell but we were honestly pleasantly surprised by the quality and freshness of the food we got here. We went three times in the ten days we were in town. Nothing was forgotten in our order and of the times and it was always hot.

Hello I’m reaching out regarding a issue I experienced at the store in Fortbragg ca address is 695 S Main st. There is an employee named Kelly and she had no intention on being friendly or doing her job correctly. We literally witnessed everyone working there arguing because she didn’t clarify the specifics of the item. We got our refund even tipped the girl that gave is our order. Then we had to go back because they forgot two items. I try to avoid conflict as much as possible and was hesitant on going back. Kelly rudely helped us at the counter angry that we asked for the rest of our order and was just really rude. Everyone else was super nice. I really think Kelly should get a day of customer service training at least. It was really upsetting how rude she was we were passive and just letting her act how she was I get people have bad days but please don’t take it out on the people paying your wages. I hope something comes of this message
