Dave’s DOES have good burgers… but that being said, when I ordered a Bacon and Bleu Cheese burger, an order of fish (no fries), and pay $32 plus tip? I expect bacon on the burger! I called to let them know, and was told “I don’t think he puts bacon on the burger anymore, just the cheese”. Nothing more… just “sorry” and ends the call. Might have been nice to say “it doesn’t come with bacon anymore, did you want to add it as extra?” might have been nice!
I feel like I could get a much better burger WITH bacon on it, for less at Carl’s Junior. Sadness, I really wanted to love this spot… but I won’t be spending my money there again just based on the service alone.

It is an interesting little place and has a variety of options from burgers to noodles. I enjoyed their animal burger but I really love the big bag of crispy good fries they give. I also love that they offer fry sauce. Definitely a good place to stop for a bite while passing through the valley.

Went for lunch got fish and chips because I recently had dental work and needed something softer. When I got my food the fish was so over cooked that the inside was dry and rubbery. Couldn't eat it because it was burned. 16 dollars for burned fish.
