The burger was just okay…fries were meh. We had already waited so long for the food we didn’t bother sending them back. Was excited too because they are fried in tallow but super underwhelming to have them lukewarmish. We had brought our sister who saw a documentary or something about the restaurant but don’t really think it was worth the stop tbh. Do you use your own beef? Just wondering.
We stop by a couple times a year when we are in the area (we'll drive up from SoCal). Eating here is always a must. Food is always great, service can be slow occasionally but everyone is always friendly. Cute small town vibe.
Great service, but cocktails are expensive. According to Google, it's the same price as a bar in Manhatten, and while I totally enjoy Fort Jones over Manhatten, it seems a bit pricey for the clientele. It seems like a huge markup since side cars seem to be ~$12.00 nationwide.....
