I was visiting Fortuna Ca. I had not been there since 1984. I used to go here everyday at lunchtime when I went to school right across the street. Best dogs a and the best garlic Fry's ever.
Food was great, service was decent until I tried calling in because I noticed my drink had a whole bunch of black stuff in it and I wanted to let them know to check their soda machine or something but when I called and told them what happened the lady answered the phone said okay and then hung up on me. I understand you are busy but I’ve worked in customer service for a decade and wouldn’t dream of hanging up on someone when they express concern. I wasn’t even complaining...
