Very cute outside area to order. Amazing for sunny days with a few seating areas, but better for on the go. So many options and flavors to try for very reasonable pricing. Servers are nice, very good at their jobs, they are efficient in their work so not a long wait time. There are even good options for kids or caffine free people.

I haven't beem to Jitter bean in a long time but decided to go. I asked for 2 coffee's and they did not give me or even offer me any coffee sleeves or coffee top covers. They older lady in there did not seem friendly whatsoever. I waited at the the window for a couple mins no one came for me to ask for those things so I left but most likely will not be returning. My co-worker had gotten me a coffee from shotz recently n it had everything they even gave him a coffee holder. The coffee was not that great either to top it off.

Drive through with extremely friendly staff and excellent coffee (or latte and mocha - available both hot or iced). Milkshakes and chocolate for the kids - great place to stop by and refill/refresh. Don't forget to tip... ;-) Highly recommended!

My only complaint is, they didn’t ask if I wanted to leave a tip lol! I totally spaced that we paid card and didn’t leave a tip, so figured I could at least leave a nice review? Staff is always so sweet, and the coffee is literally the BEST in Humboldt county, hands down! I’ll be sure to tip double next time! ?
