Maybe I'm a little partial because it's my local Starbucks. To know them on a personal level and have them recognize your voice in the Drive-Thru really means something when you go to a coffee place.

I have made two mobile orders this far. Both on Saturdays as we have soccer in Fortuna.
Once early. Before 10am. Extremely busy, mobile orders wee completely ignored. We all finally got frustrated and had to tell the employees our orders after waiting 15 min without anyone checking with us. I finally waved the employees down and then it was chaos once everyone in the mobile order area realized their orders were not being worked on…
Second time was mid afternoon, 3 pm. Nobody inside some cars in the drive thru. Food came out right when the mobile app said so. I had finished my sandwich when an employee asked if I had drinks too… 😂 they began working gin my 2 drinks, after one drink is completed, employee stops and takes a walk in order, then another. The person who walked up and ordered receives their drink while I wait. At this point it is now 15 minutes past when I got my food. I stand directly in front of counter and stare upset. They ask did you have another drink order? 😂 the employees have no idea what’s going on. It was a second employee who finally made the drink and literally threw the straw across the counter at me. So now I’m the bad guy for being completely forgotten about twice, finally the situation more serious and their are mad at me… I don’t think these people want to work here..

I love this little starbucks ib the trees. The staff has some learning to do, but they are good people and will pick up the pace and no doubt, honor the starbucks name!!!
Parking: Plenty of parking because drive thru is a nightmare.

I came in for a simple black coffee fill in my favorite faithful hydro flask. I’ve been getting it filled nearly everyday while on my RV road trip at different Starbucks throughout oregon and California because I like that I can add a little water to it and it’s still strong. ☺️
I asked if she would give it a quick rinse, she said no, I asked if she would hold it upside down over the sink to get the coffee grounds out that might be leftover. Again “no, I’m not allowed to touch the thermos” she tells me with a snarky sneer. I say okay please top it off. I place the thermos in a plastic box she set in front of me. With flair she grabs the box and moves it to the coffee fill station and fills it with the blonde. ☺️
I give her a $20 bill, she makes change, plops it into my hand without saying anything, I count it, it’s all there…(previous review situation)…I ask for the bathroom key code from her coworker. Check, I wash my hands and on the way out I get an additional snarky sneer from the ornery barista.
While sipping my coffee and soaking in the morning sun rays out front, I think about the exchange. If it’s Starbucks policy why does every other barista ask me if I would like it rinsed out…if it’s germs and it’s just her maybe this isn’t the place to be working. My understanding is the twenty dollar bill I handed her has more germs than my lil hydro flask.
Anyways, I’m wishing you all a million smiles and a life of adventure . ✌? Benny and Penny?

Worst customer service ever Lady was snarky, judged my order rolled her eyes at me They were all out of Venti sized cold and Trenta size cold cups. OK that’s fine. No big deal. I got a grande. Drink which I would usually get an Venti, but I didn’t because they were out of Venti cups anyway same exact drink no other atoms it was $7.50 for one grande drink I get a Venti of that same drink. I asked for my pumpkin loaf to be heated up. She didn’t heat it up. Served it to me cold Got my order completely wrong This was $30 for two cake pops two Grande size drinks And one pumpkin loaf, heated up honestly worst customer service I’ve ever had there wasn’t that many people in there but she didn’t even offer me a receipt or anything I don’t even think that she printed one What was the drink probably because she got it so wrong and didn’t want to get in trouble for it, but didn’t Give me my sticker with my name on it on any of the drinks any of the food I was telling my friend about this and then they were like oh well maybe that they have a hard time because they work at Starbucks OK dude go snort some coffee beans I don’t know what to tell you Out I put the two dollars into the tip jar lady was cranking rude like Awful. I love Starbucks, but I don’t know. I’m gonna be coming to this one again because of the way that I was treated how they charged me for a Venti I got a grande. Do not recommend would show picture of receipt showing how they overcharged me, but didn’t give me a receipt

Went to go get a coffee Thursday April 11th around 12:15pm and my total was 8.20 for my coffee and I gave 9.00 and this lady didn’t even give me my change back and just put it in her tip jar without even asking and I didn’t want to tip her . Pretty much stealing my money .
