For the first year I can remember there was no crab available at the seafood bar; however, the price of the buffet remained the same. We were crammed at a tiny folding table, and the service was pretty inattentive. The quality of this experience has really declined in recent years. Sad as it used to be amazing. 
The prime rib was good, but we were very disappointed to learn they eliminated the crab legs for the Christmas brunch after raising the price to $75 from the normal Sunday brunch price of $60. There were no mashed potatoes served at this buffet brunch. That's pretty much unheard of, especially when serving prime rib and braised shortribs. There was only one vegetable side of green beans. Bacon, sausage, and eggs were pretty good. Desserts were just ok. I expected higher quality...
The staff was very friendly and nice but the overall food experience was very mediocre for the value. We had a 1:00pm reservation and the amount of food left was very disappointing. There was no prime rib left. We were told to come back in ten minutes to find the prime rib raw and the employee telling us he “doesn't recommend us eating it” when asked if they can make it more well he stated that they can't. The mashed potatoes was as hard as a rock. And not edible...There...
