This particular location is my favorite since their food is made to order (not all Carl’s Jr locations do this) - so their waffle fries and spicy chicken sandwich is always crispy and hot.With that said the order usually would take couple minutes longer than other locations but that’s well worth the wait for some crispy waffle fries and chicken sandwich ;)For my drive thru orders at night (after 10pm) it takes about roughly 3-5 minutes after you paid at the window. the clerk working night shift at drive thru is super friendly and that’s how I found out the food at this location taste better because they are made to order.

I don't remember his real name, but he goes by Tom and TOM IS THE BEST!!!!! He gave us great customer service (especially for a fast food place) and was just lovely in general. My chicken nugget stars were delish bc he offered and gave us so many different sauces.
