Actually really authentic food. It tastes so good and fresh. Service is great as each meal comes with tea and Super authentic. I enjoy ever since dish I’ve had so far especially the noodles. First time hearing my parents say a place is good lol.

They charge you tips up front, so don't expect any service from them. Food is good.

Food was incredibly oily and greasy, way too expensive for price point vs. the quality you get. The service is poor and didn't appreciate the false advertising around the restuarant. I unfortunately can't recommend this place. They need to either up their quality or lower their prices. Businesses do well if they either have excellent customer service or excellent food, rare to find both. In this case, they don't have either so I can't see this place doing well as a business for long.

The management seems different than before. Lack of communication when dining in. Staff is nice but not fully trained.

Food and the recipes are different now.

Extremely impatient and rude server. On top of that, they enforce an additional 7% charge for takeout orders. I would rather go to Wonderful in Millbre for the exactly the same food but way better service.

We had an amazing experience at Chez Xue. Even though the food came out a little late, the owner was incredibly kind and gave us a credit for next time, which really showed how much he cares about his customers. He was working so hard, and you could see the freshness of the ingredients and the care that went into every dish.

The Mongolian beef was outstanding, the green onion pancake was perfectly crispy, and the hot and sour soup was rich and flavorful. We also tried the orange chicken, eggplant with string beans, green onion beef, and honey walnut shrimp. Everything was excellent, and each dish seemed better than the last.

Chez Xue is truly a must-try for anyone who loves great Chinese food.

Extremely slow even during workday - literacy took 1 hour and 10 min for making a beef burrito which only 2 pieces roll. In Monday 7:49pm need to wait 20 min for placing order, another 1 hour for getting a beef burrito….

Food is decent and reasonably priced, but service is terrible. The staff prioritize take-out orders over dine-in guests—you’ll see a table piled with take-out bags that was constantly refilled while in-house diners wait endlessly. We arrived early in the evening when it was half empty, yet no food came out for most dine-in guests for nearly 30 minutes as the place filled up. When a guest complained, staff dismissed her, telling her to either leave or “be patient like everyone else.” With an 18% mandatory service charge for dine-in, this attitude is unacceptable. Try the food for take-out if you want, but skip dining in.

My wife was insulted and berated because she dared to ask when the food was coming after a 45 minute wait.

Decent overpriced food

When the food first came out, it was quick, warm and tasty! However, the next day I ate the leftover for dinner I am quite shock from the amounts of cooking oil. I know that good Chinese food doesn’t need a lot of cooking oil for it to taste good, so I am disappointed by that. I had to throw away the rest of eggplant dish because I am pregnant and isn’t good for me. Although the service and setting/environment was great. I might try again but I will request to limit on the oil. To me it’s more of a Chinese-American food, almost like Panda Express.
The 3 dishes plus 18% tips, appx $75.

Really good flavor, but very oily! We came inside as soon as they opened for dinner, and the guy who took our order was rushed and seemed annoyed with us. We ordered four dishes, $20 each.

Wait time was pretty fast, considering they had many take-out orders. Inside was very clean and somewhat tidy.

The food itself (as mentioned before) was flavorful, but very oily (and even leaked a bit.) Portion sizes were also really good, as we shared between three people and still had leftovers!
