One of the best meals I've had in my life. Each thing I ordered was an experience. The pork hamburgers we're soft, flavorful, and juicy on the inside where the out was crispy and flaky. I inhaled the Xiao long bao.

Stopped by to pick up some dumplings as well as frozen ones for later. The crab + pork soup dumplings were delicious and held up in the 30min drive back. The beef and egg + chive pancakes were really good too - the dough slightly flaky. My pick was the crab + pork dumplings!!

We come here quite often and always get the xia long bao. It's amazing. Everything we've had here is amazing, including the Chinese sandwiches and pork dumplings . Also if you go to the location ,the hostess is very nice and helpful.

We bumped into this new place during its "soft opening". The owners are from Hong Kong and very friendly. More importantly, the food is GREAT and priced reasonably. We like to pick up frozen dumplings from various dumpling places for those lazy nights when we are too tired to cook. We tried Dim Sum USA's frozen dumpling and the beef pancake. I found the food much more refined, the dumpling skins are just right - not too thick and not too thin, the ingredients is juicy and tasty. When we were there, we saw someone eating the pork bun there and it looks super good as well. In my opinion, the place beats other popular dumpling places like Town of Dumpling in San Mateo or Panda Dumpling in San Carlos hands down. Highly recommend!
