The worst Five Guys I’ve tried in my life. - Fries weren’t fresh and the oil smells. - Soda flat tasted way watered down. - They gave us a bottle of coke and the lid wasn’t attached, I wonder if they refill bottles. It tasted like mildew. - The burger hmm my buns were cold and the onion was falling all out (why not use rings instead of cut up?!)
Will never come back again. Bad experience for expensive and terrible food.
Close this location and bring a better burger place.

Does anyone else think Five Guys burgers are bland in comparison to other burger places like Habit, In-N-Out, or even McDonald's? They just don't have that same saltiness and tastiness in them- they taste and look like a homemade burger, but in a negative way. Granted, I ordered something very simple from here, which was a plain cheeseburger, but those other places still manage to make something like that flavorful. I feel the same way about the fries, they're not tasty or salty enough. The food isn't atrocious by any means, just bland. The fact that they serve peanuts is pretty unique, but I personally can't eat them due to my allergy. Other than the food, the service at this location is whatever, and so is the atmosphere. Sometimes the tables and chairs have crumbs. Overall, 3/5.

The burgers are HUGE I got a “ Little Bacon cheeseburger” very good with the fries when they’re hot. They are so good😋🤤fresh, juicy, tasty, thank you Five Guys for also having such nice workers. They are very kind and listening.

Major rip off!! I wanted a cheeseburger and the guy charges me the most expensive cheeseburger without asking me what type. I ended up paying $30 for my meal!! The fries and shake were worth it. Got a lot of fries and the shake was probably the best I've ever had. But the cheeseburger had no flavor. My mom can make a better 1!! Never again will I go back

Five Guys Burger 🍔 is one of my Mom’s favorites eateries. Yet today when I ordered it to go for my Mom’s 90th birthday, she was extremely disappointed! The hamburger was well overdone with sinewy chewy pieces. The bun was soppy wet with mayo. The French fries were basically limp and dead! Definitely, they weren’t fresh! And to top it off, my Mom felt the strawberry 🍓 shake had too many chunky pieces of seeds which she had to chew. The milkshake was not smooth in her words! This hamburger meal was not to the typically high quality standard of Five Guys Burgers. Hopefully, this meal was a one off! And my Mom will give you another chance!

The fries with vinegar was good, but the amount was a little too over the top! lol
The shake could be improved. Good texture, but the taste was a little off.
