Good Oreo bubble waffles

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service we received at your Foster City branch.

We placed an online order for a single drink and received a confirmation SNS message with the order number. Approximately 15 minutes after placing the order, we arrived at the store. I stayed in the car while my daughter went inside to pick up her drink. However, she returned to the car empty-handed and in tears. She told me that the staff had said there was no such order number and suggested she buy the drink again.

Initially, I assumed I might have mistakenly ordered from a different branch, but after confirming the details, I verified that the order was indeed placed at the Foster City location.

I then went inside the shop myself and showed the staff the confirmation on my smartphone. The staff checked the order number on the cups but couldn't find it. When I provided my name and the details of the order, they eventually found it in their system and prepared the drink.

While we ultimately received what we ordered, the experience was deeply unsatisfactory. The staff's dismissive attitude toward my daughter was unacceptable, leaving her upset and unwilling to visit the store again.

I hope you can address this issue with the staff to ensure better customer service in the future.

They used to do popcorn chicken here, but not anymore :( otherwise it’s good, your standard happy lemon!

Not a bad spot for drinks, I always get the mango matcha (nonadjustable sweetness). Their Genshin collab was pricey (bundle) but interesting to see, ends 12/31. Store can get busy during peak hours esp when it's warmer. Parking is super easy in the lot.

Their self checkout machine doesn’t work. My credit card was charged however the machine did not print the label. They kept saying “there is no label” without providing a solution. If the self checkout machine doesn’t work, what is the point of putting it there? Totally waste of time and money.

I went to buy boba for my kids after a long day at a dragon boat competition, we found our favorite place in foster city, Happy Lemon. We usually always get it at the serramonte mall, but since we were closer we decided to go there. I ordered 3 Okinawa Roasted milk tea and a Passion fruit green tea boba. All with 75% sugar and regular ice. Took me about 10 mins to get home from Foster city to San Francisco. Once home we tried our bobas, there were disgusting. Sugar low, and all watery. It tasted more like just tea with no sugar and Ice. Tried calling the store at 8pm multiple times and nobody answered, the phone kept ringing and ringing until the phone would stop. I spend about $30. I regret going there. Maybe if the kids working there would stop playing around they would had gotten my order correct. Had to throw the drinks away , was not about to drive back after a long tiring day.

We love Happy Lemon from this location; so we always come back to order drinks and original bubble waffles. The recent visit, it was very disappointed; the waffles were soggy not like before it was crispy; we mentioned the first time; they did not do anything. We mentioned it again because we ordered 3 of them... finally they said; we ll make a new one; unfortunately only one got replaced.... Please check your bubble waffles before you give them to customers to make sure it is not soggy at the bottom....

One star taken due to the fact that they discontinued ‘strawberry milkshake’ from their menu, and placed cheese shortcake version there instead, sounds like diabetes already, doesn’t? Please bring our favourite drink back!

Staff does not acknowledge you when you walk in or are waiting to place your order. They just have you standing there for a few mins. Workers also have AirPods in which kind of makes it feel like they don’t want to be bugged? They can definitely work on their customer service..

I do not like happy lemon. But i decided to come here on a Friday after work (boba craving) , wow its a disappointment. I ordered wintermelon milktea, egg waffle and chocolate egg waffle. total $21.

The wintermelon drink taste like sh!t. she told me to throw it away. I asked to remake thai iced tea, it was also sh!t. I gave to my boyfriend and he said it was overly sweet and we threw it away. at least the waffles were consumable.
The place is cluttered. its a mess. they do not clean their stuff AT ALL, it is gross. service is unprofessional. 5 teens talking over each other while their customers wait. The 3 girls took a trip to starbucks and had a "chit-chat" while 2 girls work.

I've been to this location a handful of times and usually it's your standard Happy Lemon. Came in with a few friends this past Thursday evening. There were around 5 workers with no customers ahead of me and yet we weren't greeted but just awkwardly looked at. The young workers were just all standing around having a conversation. I said hi first and there was hesitation as to who was going to take our order. The one open table was dirty so my friend asked: "Should I just wipe down this table?" and a young man replied with: "Oh yeah, you're good." The floors were also very sticky. Unacceptable service. Two stars because the drinks were what you'd expect.

Their tea is alright but not the best out there when you get what you ordered. It really is a hit or miss since they get orders wrong 70% of the time. But when you do get it it’s good

Been coming here for a while now. Fairly busy place but orders are prepared fast. Huge fan of the fruit teas. Tried the lemon slushy, not a huge fan as it’s too sour.
