I went into Jamba Juice after my morning run, while I was ordering my favorite drink orange dream machine I couldn't help and notice how bad the service was.But the one good employee that helped me was named Liliyana. There was this person who was standing in the back who looked to be the manager was doing absolutely nothing to help the line. I'm really disappointed in this location since it's in my neighborhood and so close by my house, but it looks like I'll be going to a different location since the service sucks.

As a former jamba juice employee, this location is THE BEST! The employees are absolutely amazing and the smoothies are so so delicious!! I love jamba juice for life. SENT ME TO THE ER. Decided to treat myself to an expensive jamba juice for once. ordered a Protein berry workout for myself and an peanut butter one for my friend. I made sure took a couple sips of the one clearly labeled PROTEIN BERRY WORKOUT as i have an allergy to peanuts and it didnt taste like it normally does. Immediately had an allergic reaction and went on to spend a couple hours recovering in the ER. I don't know if they mixed up the drinks or didnt bother to make two different ones because they were left in my car as my friend rushed me to the hospital. Absolutely ridiculous i am out 22 dollars for two drinks that i never drank and i spent my evening vomiting and covered in hives.

When did Jamba get so stingy?? ): It was my first, and definitely my last, time trying this location. I ordered a strawberry and banana Greek yogurt bowl and this thing cost me $12.59 +tax which I find INSANE considering how the bowl isn't even filled up all the way. I'm pretty disappointed because I truly believe I could've gotten this pretty basic bowl (maybe even one with more ingredients) anywhere else for less than $10. Update: scrolling through the photos of other bowls posted for this Jamba and they are all filled up way more than mine wtaf ///: I agree with the review saying Jamba should just close down I'm so done with them.

Staff is friendly and on top of their orders. Just that the atmosphere inside the store was way too hot to wait inside the store. Other than that, everything was great.
LOVE Jamba over the years ... BUT the price of my favorite smoothie Mango-a-gogo is now up to Small $10 / Med $11 / Large $12. Count it against Bidenflation or higher corporate profit margins; I can make it at home for pennies in the dollar. McD's or Costco offer the same flavor for almost HALF the price. Now I can take it or leave it!

As a former employee of this jamba juice, you all need to understand we had/have quite literally the shittiest manager on the planet. Sad to see that HR and the district manager won't do anything for employees who constantly complain about a horrible manager. If you want to help us employees, stop buying from here or help complain about Megan Thompson too.
No bills bigger than a $20 policy is going to send this biz straight into bankruptcy by years end. What a ridiculous policy

Ordered the Go Getter form the app and couldn't get my drink. There are 15 yr old kids at t the counter who don't know what they are doing when they can't get an order -- they are confused and no senior person to talk to. Asked for refund and they don't know how to do that . After spending $10 on the drink still could not get it as they can't find the ingredients. They tried to void the transaction but it won't show as refunded on my credit card . This place needs more mature people at the counter and not high school kids who can't understand what the customer wants and don't care about customer Service. Won't t commend this place !
