I unfortunately cannot afford Panera anymore which is very sad since I really enjoy the soups, pastas, and salads. Please lower the prices again a bit so I can indulge and please increase the food quality. Thank you.

Tiny soup portion in the bread bowl. That's good, because the soup was mediocre squash soup. My dining partner's chili bowl and sandwich were both greasy and inedible. He threw them out after a few bites. 2nd poor experience here, so not returning for a while.
On the plus side, the company has successfully reduced costs.

I wanted to share my recent experience during lunch, highlighting my concern over the recurring issues with my orders at this location. Whether it's a to-go or dine-in order, there's a 50% chance of an error occurring. It would be greatly appreciated if the staff could double-check the customization section before preparing orders. For instance, I've frequently paid extra for avocado only to find it missing from my order. Often, I don't realize the mistake until after leaving the premises.
During my latest visit for lunch in the café, I noticed several items were missing from my order. When I addressed this with the counter associate, their attention was divided between my concerns and a delivery service associate who had just arrived. I believe it's crucial to maintain focus on the customer being served to avoid interruptions.
They did remake my sandwich, which isn’t properly assembled and fell apart.

I love Panera but this is my first time here at this one. I was terribly disappointed. My sandwich was missing a lot of the filling. I ordered soup and bread and I got the tiny heel of the bread. Haven't had a chance to taste the soup (wasn't even a full carton), the apple had brown spots on the side. The atmosphere wasn't that great because the employees were talking to each other and ignoring the customer.

This is a really good place to go and put off your tomato soup cravings. The soup is creamy and warm and the bread is tasty. Staff was nice enough to show me where to put dishes after finished. Furniture around seems neat and nice. Very nice restaurant.

The food is typical Panera. I like the Mediterranean Salad with grain. I liked the interior of this Panera. They have booths for single occupants. The inside seems more modern, and this Panera is in a shopping mall and kinda hidden on the corner. But it gets nice natural light without it shining on you.
