Went here on a whim during the weekend. Wasn't very busy thankfully. They were very accommodating to my 2 kids and wife. The food was great and my kids loved their smoothies. Would definitely come back if I'm in the area.

When I need warm comfort food, this is my go-to. That's usually during a tough work day and I need to get away from the office for some pho. I call ahead and it's ready when I arrive for pickup. They package it well so it won't leak, the noodle and veggies are separate from the broth, and it's piping hot. My favorite dish is vegetarian pho. The portion is huge so I usually eat half and save the rest for the next day. I love it!
Vegetarian options: Mostly meat/seafood dishes but you can find lots of tofu options. Good for gluten-free with their rice noodle dishes.

This is a rating on service. There were many groups that came in but the servers paid no attention to who arrived first. Although I arrived first, the servers served everyone but me. Even when I tried to get their attention they ignored me. There are many other options for Pho around and I will go to those places instead.
Another group (arrived before me) left as well because they were not served.

The noodles and broth were EXTREMELY salty, it overpowers all other flavors, could not finish because of the salt :(

I had a very bad experience here yesterday. After a long and hot day, we decided to have dinner outside. We had tried this place once before and found it acceptable, though not the best. We arrived at 8 pm, and there was only one other occupied table.
There were two of us and our 18-month-old toddler. Despite the restaurant being relatively empty, they didn't bring us a high chair until we asked. After ordering, I needed to feed my toddler first before I could eat. Suddenly, the man (who might appeared to be the owner) made a comment in Vietnamese, saying, "Why are they feeding the child first? Why not eat? When will they finish?"
I understand that he might have had a long day too, but working in a restaurant often means waiting for the last customer. We didn't come in after business hours. Hearing that comment, I decided to pay and take my untouched bowl home. My day ended on an even worse note than before we went out. And I will never go back there again.

Good food, awful service from the woman with a lot of cheap make-up. Jokes aside, it is a constant problem in this place. The other owners/workers are nice and professional. That one in question is always slow, late and snobby.

I like their chicken pho mostly because the broth is not salty. And they give you extra condiments to make it salty and spicy to your preference. The chicken pho met my expectations. The restaurant setting is casual. The price is fair and competitive.
