I LOVE LOVE their food and for the most part I would’ve kept going because most of them are really sweet. BUT there is an older lady who every time we go, worst customer service ever and one day we invited our friend to eat because we loved this place so much, he ordered the chicken pho and didn’t like it so he kindly asked to remove the plate so he can order something else and make space for it. The older lady came and said no, we can remove after you’re done and we asked...

The quality of meat and cleanliness has gone down since the new ownership . Some of the items on the table like the sauce plates were sticky . The table itself was sticky . They were not cleaning it properly. Bbq beef Meat was very thin and also most of it fatty and bone . Seafood soup was very little seafood . Some imitation crab and then 4 shrimp! No attention to service . You have to wait around to get anyone's attention and when you do , they will point to someone...

Went here on a whim during the weekend. Wasn't very busy thankfully. They were very accommodating to my 2 kids and wife. The food was great and my kids loved their smoothies. Would definitely come back if I'm in the area.
