Enjoyed a vibrant sizzling lunch today! The hot plate came out sizzling, packed with tender meat, crisp veggies, and savory sauce. Each bite was full of flavor and super satisfying. The dish was hearty, well-seasoned, and served piping hot—perfect for a midday energy boost.

Casual and delicious!

I called to order for pick up. I arrived and got my order. The bowls were not labeled especially the sizzling dishes are basically looked the same and for take out, they’re mixed already. So when I got home and found out that I did not get the pork belly and they instead gave me chicken! So irresponsible of them that they won’t even make sure that the customer gets what they ordered! I came from South SF so there was no way for me to return the bowl! So disappointing!

Overall decent, but not worth $20 for a medium portion that you have to cook yourself. Paying extra for veggies felt like a rip-off. So did being asked to tip.

Pros:
- High quality meat
- Good udon noodles
- Delicious sauces

Cons:
- QR code ordering forces everyone on their phones and ruins the vibe
- Have to cook your own food
- Portions smaller than other locations
- No vegetables included besides a handful of corn. Any veggies are add-ons that cost $1-$2 each
- Cast iron should be ripping hot to cook everything quickly, mine was just regular hot

No more iPad to order, unfriendly to older people

Foods were good but a bit oily. Beef was just ok. Clean and spacious. Nice decoration. Friendly service. QR code menu is good. Very easy if you pay separately at the cashier. Easy to find parking. Air ventilation could be better for the smoke. Will definitely come back again for Asian casual lunch.

We had Salmon and garlic beef, both were very good.

Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs but nothing else for the kids to do. They should invest in crayons and papers for the kids to draw while waiting.

It's one of my favourite places to enjoy Japanese food. Great customer service. Food was served in a short time. Friendly staff bring the food with a smiling face that makes you feel more comfortable at this place. The group order got served in 7 minutes. There is no issue in finding a parking spot.
