I usually order drinks with no ice and extra creamer, but 4 out of 5 times they get it wrong. Asking them to redo it takes another 10–15 minutes, and I can’t wait that long as I have to commute to work. very disappointing

Today on 5/22/25 I had the task of picking up coffee for my office. Lisa was absolutely so kind, and helped me package all of the drinks, and helped me out to my car. Thank you Lisa for being such a kind soul! The world needs more people like you.

This Starbucks is a nice place to work or relax, lots of room to sit or work while enjoying a coffee. It has a really comfy atmosphere. It's also a convenient location, close by other stores on the block and in walking distance to Leo J Ryan. There is not much different about this location compared to others. The service is good to average, and so are the drinks for the price.
I don't go to Starbucks as much as I used to, and I can thank this location for that. I had once ordered a hot chocolate here, one of my favorite drinks to order. Once I tasted it, it definitely had way too much chocolate syrup in it. I could only finish a little less than half before throwing the rest away, which was quite upsetting considering I had ordered the largest size. That discouraged me from going to Starbucks for a bit, and in that time I realized I could get much better tasting hot chocolate at a place like Philz or Peets for a similar or cheaper cost. I'm sure that was a one time incident, but it helped me realize that, in general, Starbuck's drinks aren't that worth it. Anyways, overall, 3/5.

Again my usual comment, is Starbucks all is great. Bussy or not they manage to make you feel special. Always great products but their people is there best asset.
The staff is kind and really chill! The drinks and food are really good, but also I feel like the atmosphere could be a little bit better. But overall great!

They locked all three bathroom because they claimed the sink is broken.when I asked if all three bathroom are broken they replied you can go to the public library. That is unacceptable

Large selection of cafés and the like, only the Nespresso capsules from Starbucks are not available here. To do this you have to go to a supermarket. Quite loud inside, but plenty of space outside anyway.
