I asked for caramel ribbon crunch, they put cinnamon on top instead. This is why I prefer metro center, if you don’t have caramel crunch then just don’t give any. I absolutely hate cinnamon and putting it on my drink made me not drink it. Thanks a

Really deserves no stars. Terrible customer service. Ordered a poor-over with almond milk on the side. After about 20 minutes I asked the girl I ordered it from when it will be ready. I could tell she wasn't even paying attention to it. Turns out she hadn't started it. I was there for over half hour. Instead of putting the almond milk on the side she added it to the cup and the coffee was luke warm.

This place makes some really good Starbucks drinks. Definitely met my expectations. Especially because it is a very busy place since it's the only one nearby other than Bridgepoint. But the team is on top of things, and definitely get your order as soon as they can. They did great!
A great Starbucks location. Plenty of parking nearby, plenty of sitting inside and outside. Filled with nice people! I ordered coffee from my app so I didn't talk to the baristas but they all seemed nice! I'll be back to spend more time here in the future.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Same person at register is preparing food orders while there is one barista on a Saturday morning. Twenty minute wait for a heated croissant. After I received a cookie that was smashed in a dozen pieces; I politely asked for another; and a staff member responded with " It's still a cookie it's the same thing". I also checked on my order after 15 minutes, another staff responded with "it's not my fault we don't have enough staff".

It is the 3rd time I order the cinnamon caramel cream nitrocold brew, it looks like they don't know how to make it! Last time I had to let them know that wasn't the nitro cold brew they used regular cold brew. This time my sister picked it up and the same hapend it wasn't maid with nitro cold brew and it wasn't cinnamon at all!

Great service! can be a good place to study at certain times because it is a usually a calm ambiance. Very clean and they always get my order right and usually pretty fast. Seems well managed and the baristas are always very kind and patient
This is an easy location to get to. They had a very large space in this location. There’s plenty of seating, indoor and outdoor. Also, they had a great selection of different cold cups, coffee, cups and mugs. I was a white chocolate mocha and a hot chocolate they both were very chocolatey and made perfect. I definitely would come here again like I said there’s plenty of parking my car was safe and I felt safe. The staff was very nice as well.

Starbucks in Foster City on Alma Lane is adding coffee grounds to your coffee. So disappointed! It's disgusting!

Service and atmosphere are good but what really matters since this is a coffee house is the food and theirs is garbage. The coffee habitually tastes burnt. The espresso i make at home on my breville tastes 1000x better so if you want to buy an overpriced inferior tasting espresso or reg coffee go ahead and visit this place. My advice is to steer clear of this chain.

Off Alma Lane and Foster Square Lane, you'll find Starbucks. Both with indoor and outdoor dining. Service was friendly and efficient. I received my tea in good timing. On a beautiful, you can walk down Foster Square lane to the nearby park.
