Got a COLD "grilled" chicken sandwich with partially melted cheese...Also was served the worst old fashioned I ever had...10/10 DO NOT recommend, if you want more than a glass of wine or a beer.

The location was interesting. It was not easy to get into all the time. Most of the time, we had to do a u-turn to get into the driveway. Convenience wise, the location was great. There was a Starbucks and food within walking distance. Costco was across the street. The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The only strange thing about the room was the placement of the television relative to the bed. Most hotels have the television at the foot of the bed. The television was placed on the side of the bed. The layout of the furniture lent itself to the spacious feel of the room, though. I love hotels where the sink is outside the bathroom. You can get ready for bed or going out while someone is either taking a shower or using the toilet. The only issue I had was the toilet paper holder. Because it was loose, the toilet paper kept on falling when we tried to put any pressure on the roll. The staff was polite and helpful. We were given a parking permit, but there is no parking fee. There was plenty of parking. We were able to park close to our room, which is unusual. I would definitely stay here agin.

Several booths have TVs inset in the dividers. Limited hrs - breakfast 7 - 10 AM, not sure about lunch & dinner 5 - 7 PM.Vegetarian options: They had grilled cheese sandwiches, soup, saladParking: On site, since it's inside the Courtyard by Marriott.Wheelchair accessibility: They have accessible parking, the entrance has no steps & there is an automatic door opener.

We love the location of this Courtyard as it is very close to a Safeway, CVS, and places to eat. Across is a really good Chinese restaurant. Staff were all very friendly and rooms are spacious. There is a courtyard where you can meet with friends or just hang out. They don’t offer a shuttle to the airport but can arrange for taxi pick up at any time of the day. Highly recommend.

Courtyard is a good experience as always but when the service is 5 Star it’s always a great experience. Special recognition to Riley and Joe. Thanks for speedy and professional service. Felt like I was checking in to first class on a flight. Mobile key was already done. ID and CC, Points, water, upgrade and off to bed. Attention to detail and finishing touches, smooth, seamless, sincere and cordial. That’s what makes it special. Professionals who put mastery in their craft in every thing they do. Just wanted to make sure it was recognized!

I cannot say enough about the great attention, service and warmth I felt upon arrival. Christine, Bee and AZ went above and beyond my expectations. They made me Feel as if I have stay here many times before. When in fact is my first time at their location. They are truly amazing host and true asset of the Marriott family. I firmly believe that. Thank you all..

It was a good valued price. The staff was great! The room itself was roomy and fine. The decor a bit tired, and shampoo/body wash was okay. I appreciated the Starbucks across the driveway. However, on the next-to-last-day of my stay, I smelled gassy bathroom smell wafting in entire my room. I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from (above, below, next door?).

I booked less than a week in advance for a one night stay, so I wasn't too surprised to be quoted a rate of $449/night plus "taxes & fees". My room was 'average' - basically OK considering that this isn't a new property, but there were a couple of things that bothered me. If I booked a Motel 6 I'd expect to squirt my shampoo from a shower wall mounted dispenser. But a Marriott property? Give me the little bottles, please. And I don't want to hear about this policy being 'good for the environment' - it's all about saving money. And speaking of penny pinching: When I stay at a Marriott property in the middle of a city I expect to pay for parking. This Courtyard has plenty of on-site parking - but I was still hit with a $6.95 parking charge. I'm being generous with the 'Average' rating. Next time I'm in town I'll be taking my $500 elsewhere.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and it was fine. Room was good. Beds were comfy. Hotel was quiet. It is in a nice neighbourhood. Lots of eating options close by. Short walk to a pleasant waterfront park. More than happy to recommend to travellers.

Courtyard property itself is ok, but poorly laid out. There is only one elevator for the building and that is in the far right back corner. Biggest complaint is hidden charges. E.g., at checkout you find that there is a daily add on for parking - which is absurd. This is not downtown SF or a desirable area.At least they didn't have a resort fee. Breakfast is not included and is extremely expensive for what you get. After the first two days, our group took the 2 minute walk across the street and had breakfast at Noah;s NY bagel - a real treat food wise; just not a sit down restaurant experience. The one positive about the Courtyard breakfast is the lovely Jasmine, who single-handedly runs the breakfast. Also the cleaning staff were very efficient. Only hope that Marriott treats them better than their customers.

From our first conversation with hotel staff, Sheila was great. Helpful and kind when my Wife was ill. She handled checkin and upgrade efficiently and answered every question we had. She helped make a difficult time easier. A real asset to this hotel. Thank you Sheila!

I am a Marriott Platinum and we stayed for a weekend to visit friends and I selected this hotel for its location and we were not disappointed. It was easy to navigate from this location and it was close to the airport, without being so close you hear all of the planes. The staff were friendly and most importantly, the hotel is quiet, which is important to me. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip to the area.

visiting family over thanksgiving, hotel was within walking distance to their house. Check in fast, room was ready - hotel does have odd layout with elevator all the way down a long corridor - but once luggage all in, stairs are actually very close to front of building and much more convenient. Starbucks and good bagel shop right across the parking lot excellent for early morning quick pick me up. Everyone very friendly, room very clean and beds comfortable. Coffee maker, small fridge and water in room daily - only complaint would be odd layout of room itself, bathroom area has open vanity space with closet right behind, toilet and shower through vanity area - and door opens out from toilet blocking closet. Would recommend more hooks or space in shower/toilet area to hang clothes. There is one hook on door, but not sufficient ended up using floor, not the best
