Waited for 10 minutes in the line wish nobody providing service at all. Have to use a coupon so don’t have the option for self ordering. The lady by the counter was rude and loud. Bad experience. Don’t want to come back even with the coupon.

Went to use my offer of a free double char. Ordered onion rings and a chocolate milkshake in order to get the free $9 burger. The burger itself is decent. I felt it lacked a bit of salt and pepper. I was satisfied with the onion rings, but the chocolate shake seemed to be a ready-made mix. Staff are OK friendly!!
What really turned me off was the inconsiderate staff who swept and kicked up dust while I was eating. I mean, come on, and show some respect and don’t kick up dust while I’m eating! That’s common sense!!!

Horrible customer service. Thrir system auto charged my credit card for a drink I did not order. When I politely asked for her to refund my card, she said they dont do refunds. She even had a little sign printed up. What a scam.

Way too expensive for what you get. Also no customer service, I don't even know why I tipped. That won't happen again. It's basically a worse version of smash burger. Though arguably cheeper, but not cheap.

Char burger was cooked very well with no complaints.
However, the fries I received were cold and were not fresh. My biggest complaint was the 5 chichen tenders advertised on your menu for $5.99. I ordered said item and received what appeared to be 5 pieces of chicken that were no larger than frozen chicken nuggets. EXTREMELY disappointed
I come here pretty often to order food and this is the only habit that has a problem giving out ranch. I only ask for 2 or 3 sometimes. The Latina ladies think they are the ranch police or something because they never want to give me extra. One time I went I even told them that they can charge me for an extra ranch and they refused to sell it to me. Yesterday I ordered a full meal and asked for 2 ranch. They sold me 1 for 62 cents and don’t think it was the big ranch cause it was the tiny one. The one that did that to me yesterday was a latina lady fully tattooed. I think she is 50 years old.

I ordered curbside service. just to get to the restaurant and tell me.They don't have curbside service and they wouldn't even give me A. Refund. I had to go online who knows if I will even get refunded

This place was great when it first opened. Now some years later it is a grease fest. Unappetizing. My last char-burger was too greasy and soggy to eat so this time I selected the grilled chicken. I ordered no mayo and no sauce even and could not believe it was a soggy and greasy mess worse than the Santa Barbra char.
