Char burger was cooked very well with no complaints.

However, the fries I received were cold and were not fresh. My biggest complaint was the 5 chichen tenders advertised on your menu for $5.99. I ordered said item and received what appeared to be 5 pieces of chicken that were no larger than frozen chicken nuggets. EXTREMELY disappointed

I come here pretty often to order food and this is the only habit that has a problem giving out ranch. I only ask for 2 or 3 sometimes. The Latina ladies think they are the ranch police or something because they never want to give me extra. One time I went I even told them that they can charge me for an extra ranch and they refused to sell it to me. Yesterday I ordered a full meal and asked for 2 ranch. They sold me 1 for 62 cents and don’t think it was the big ranch cause it was the tiny one. The one that did that to me yesterday was a latina lady fully tattooed. I think she is 50 years old.

I ordered curbside service. just to get to the restaurant and tell me.They don't have curbside service and they wouldn't even give me A. Refund. I had to go online who knows if I will even get refunded

This place was great when it first opened. Now some years later it is a grease fest. Unappetizing. My last char-burger was too greasy and soggy to eat so this time I selected the grilled chicken. I ordered no mayo and no sauce even and could not believe it was a soggy and greasy mess worse than the Santa Barbra char.

I was visiting from texas and the food here was great, however I had a terrible experience with one of the staff members who worked here. I placed an order on the kiosk and put in my phone number so that my receipt gets texted to me. I told the lady that the receipt still hasn't come to me and I need it as I have to submit expenses. She kept explaining that you have to put your number and that they can not give printed receipts. I tried to explain several times that I have already put my number and that I haven't recieved it and i am not asking for a printed receipt. instead of listening and understanding she kept saying " no nunber , no receipt" very rudely and was being extremely stubborn.

I asked to speak to the manager as she wasn't able to find a solution and was not understanding the issue. She got offended that i asked to speak to the manager and claimed to be the manager. Another staff member interfered and I told her my frustration and that the lady was not being helpful or understanding my issue.
Staff member 1 got aggressive and ignorantly responded saying "I understand english completely i speak english."
Not once did I say or even think she didn't understand english or accuse her of not understanding because of a language barrier! This was an extremely irresponsible way of her to response. She simply didn't understand that I was asking for a solution to not having the receipt sent to my phone!

Although the second lady/staff member 2 was helpful in finding a solution and was quick to pull up my order and let me take a picture of my receipt from her screen, she was adamant it was my fault and was constantly defending staff number 1 rather than admitting fault that she mishandled the situation and blew it out of proportion. She could have easily prevented this unnecessary confrontation if she kept a positive attitude and tried to understand the ask of the customer rather than being on defense.

From Target? We drove a short distance ro have lunch at this joint. We ordered Teriyaki char with cheese & grilled pineapple & french fries & sooda. After a few minutes our order was ready. Thec nurgers & fries were really good. The plaxe is clean & seating was immediately available. Highly recommended. ???

The burger was the size of a picnic slider Or a junior burger from McDonald's kids burger. The so called manager or assistant was less then hospitable to myself and three other customers. The only kind customer service offered was to the same race ethnic background as her. An old lady with her grandchildren were horribly treated. Customer beware of this establishment.

The manager Gabriela Zavelta has zero customer service skills. They got my online order wrong, and I found this out when I was already home. After driving all the way back to the Habit and showing them the burger was missing items, Gabriela determined only half my order was to be remade. I am disabled, so driving back to the Habit is difficult. I asked for a refund instead, and she only wanted to give half my money back. I have seen other reviews describing the manager’s short, insulting, and rude attitude towards paying customers. They are all true. For some reason, she bragged about how much money she made hourly as a manager. What a joke.
