Waited over 20 minutes just to get a hotpot soup, and no water was provided. We had to remind the staff multiple times, but the soup still took forever. Left hungry and frustrated. Tip: eat something at home first if you plan to come here.

Tastes ok, a tad too sweet. But the meat quality isn't the best, lots of tissue and fatty part.

This is a go to place when we are around the area the scenery is nice and the food is awesome. The servers come to check on us every so often which makes me feel good.
The wait time is 0-10 minutes which is better than most places.

Had dinner with my family today—our first visit back in two years. I immediately noticed that the interior had been redesigned, which was a nice touch. However, the overall experience left much to be desired.

When we arrived, the person at the register wasn’t welcoming at all. He didn’t smile, didn’t acknowledge us promptly, and kept his eyes on his computer while my mother—who is in a wheelchair—and I waited for a response. It felt dismissive and unprofessional.

Being a Saturday, the restaurant was understandably busy, and there seemed to be enough staff on the floor. What stood out, though, was a clear divide in work ethic. The Mexican servers were hustling—cleaning, serving, checking on customers constantly. In contrast, the Chinese/Korean staff appeared disengaged, walking around aimlessly, avoiding eye contact, and not responding to customers who clearly needed help.

To top it off, the same person from the register—possibly the manager—was later seen sitting and chatting with a customer instead of overseeing operations. It was disappointing to witness such a lack of coordination and professionalism.

To whoever manages this establishment: please take a closer look at your team and how the floor is being run. There’s a lot of potential here, but it’s being overshadowed by inconsistency and poor service.

Very good place for Korean barbecue and a lot of meat choices

We got the Korean bbq. Staffs serve us pretty well. Most foods are pretty good. Prices are pretty reasonable with killer views. Pretty roomy. Parking is good. I do recommend this place 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The view is nice, but the food isn’t fresh, and the service is terrible! I went to this restaurant with my family for lunch, and at the end, only two plates of vegetables were left on the table. A female hostess told us we could box up these two plates, but she charged us $10 for them. We had tasted the vegetables and all agreed they were bitter and not fresh, but she still insisted we pay the extra $10. Another issue was that when the hostess gave us the bill, she didn’t inform us that the tip was already included. I didn’t pay close attention when I saw the bill, which showed a total of $155 and included the tip, but since she didn’t inform us, I ended up adding an extra $30 tip. Later, my sister calculated that the $155 already included the tip, meaning we paid $165 in total. This is really unreasonable, and this restaurant is terrible ?. Don’t go!!

My family and I have always come here for our family birthdays and dinner. This is the first time I came and when I received my bill all the kids were charged adult prices. I tried to correct it with the manager Chang which is the first time I’ve met him usually when we come the lady is at the front. he said that they charge by height, any kid over 4.5ft automatically gets charge adult price. My 8 year old son is 3’10 ft tall, , my daughter 10years old is 5 ft, my nephew who is 10 as well is 4’4 ft tall. They do not eat like adults they pick on food here and there all they go for is the ice cream just like any kid. I argued with him that we’ve come here plenty of times and have never been charged by height. Not only is this not ok, this is discrimination against children that are built in all different shapes and sizes. We have never experienced this before. He told me that it is posted in their price signs on the front door. And of course I did my due diligence and took a picture of the sign in front of the door. And it clearly does not have any policy on height it specifically states age range and prices only. This is not only deceptive and false advertising this is discriminative against my ethnic group especially the build of our children. So what exactly is the “Normal child size?”. What are your expectations of what 8-10 year olds look like Chang? Is it to your standard? You judged on the basis because we are Pacific Islanders and automatically assumed we are built differently that Its ok to over charge us. So I will be reporting this unfair treatment and I want to know if you are doing this to all races that dine in your restaurant or if this is just done to our ethnic groups children. Attached is the posting in front of the door that specifically charges by age. If you are the owner of this establishment Chang shame on you.
