The view is nice, but the food isn’t fresh, and the service is terrible! I went to this restaurant with my family for lunch, and at the end, only two plates of vegetables were left on the table. A female hostess told us we could box up these two plates, but she charged us $10 for them. We had tasted the vegetables and all agreed they were bitter and not fresh, but she still insisted we pay the extra $10. Another issue was that when the hostess gave us the bill, she didn’t inform us that the tip was already included. I didn’t pay close attention when I saw the bill, which showed a total of $155 and included the tip, but since she didn’t inform us, I ended up adding an extra $30 tip. Later, my sister calculated that the $155 already included the tip, meaning we paid $165 in total. This is really unreasonable, and this restaurant is terrible ?. Don’t go!!

My family and I have always come here for our family birthdays and dinner. This is the first time I came and when I received my bill all the kids were charged adult prices. I tried to correct it with the manager Chang which is the first time I’ve met him usually when we come the lady is at the front. he said that they charge by height, any kid over 4.5ft automatically gets charge adult price. My 8 year old son is 3’10 ft tall, , my daughter 10years old is 5 ft, my nephew who is 10 as well is 4’4 ft tall. They do not eat like adults they pick on food here and there all they go for is the ice cream just like any kid. I argued with him that we’ve come here plenty of times and have never been charged by height. Not only is this not ok, this is discrimination against children that are built in all different shapes and sizes. We have never experienced this before. He told me that it is posted in their price signs on the front door. And of course I did my due diligence and took a picture of the sign in front of the door. And it clearly does not have any policy on height it specifically states age range and prices only. This is not only deceptive and false advertising this is discriminative against my ethnic group especially the build of our children. So what exactly is the “Normal child size?”. What are your expectations of what 8-10 year olds look like Chang? Is it to your standard? You judged on the basis because we are Pacific Islanders and automatically assumed we are built differently that Its ok to over charge us. So I will be reporting this unfair treatment and I want to know if you are doing this to all races that dine in your restaurant or if this is just done to our ethnic groups children. Attached is the posting in front of the door that specifically charges by age. If you are the owner of this establishment Chang shame on you.

We had the most awful experience at this restaurant. This is an all you can eat buffet. My party and I paid for such. They purposefully turned down the heat to the lowest setting every time they passed by. This takes a long time to cook the food and it is unacceptable and poor restaurant etiquette. During the course of our meal, our grilled was turned off three times. One of the servers scolded us and told us do not turn up the heat. This is ridiculous because our heat has been on the lowest setting all night. It took 25 minutes to cook the first round. Also there was a large language barrier with the servers that evening. They did not understand simple requests like ordering drinks or placing orders. Lastly, our orders were incomplete and many of the items we requested were not served. We will never eat at this restaurant again, nor recommend this restaurant to anybody looking to eat kbbq.

A standard all-you-can-eat hotpot place but with amazing ambiance. The food is comparable to seapot, but the atmosphere is much more relaxing because there is tons of natural light and windows (with netting) that open to the river. Be sure to order conservatively if it’s your first time as they are conscious about food waste. They have kbbq, but I’ve never tried it. Their unlimited side dish bar has miso soup, japchae, fish cakes, fresh fruit, sauces, and assorted desserts. I come here a lot in big part because of the fresh air and natural light. It’s in the corner of a plaza so it’s easy to miss.

Honestly this place was such a disappointment. I came here with a party of 5. When we first started our meal, our first order took about 20 minutes to cook. We were wondering why it was taking so long. I then noticed the grill was set on the lowest possible setting. I turned it up to medium and our food started to cook quickly. The servers stated to only cook the food on the lowest setting. Over the duration of our dinner, food was not being cooked quickly and I found that it turned off 3 times. There is 90 minute eating period.
This place is scam, and for a party of 5, servers only came 3 times.

my brother and I had a wonderful time eating here last night. The food was tasty and the staff were very helpful. I only give it one less star because the facilities were messy - I think maybe they could hire a few more staff members to make sure this was all nice. But other than that it was great and we would definitely be back!

Three of us had lunch in this restaurant today. We were told by the waiter that we could place an initial order for ten small plates. So we ordered four small meat plates and some vegetables. We are not big eaters and very conscious with food intake. The initial batch was enough for us so we had foregone any additional orders. By the end of lunch we still have some vegetables left, and to our surprise we were told by the owner that we have to pay $10 for any food left on the table. And no one told us this before we placed the order and we had no idea how much food each plate had. There was no way we could tell whether the initial order was too much for us. We explained these to the owner, but she would not listen. We felt the owner was just money hungry.

There's plenty of parking. The staff is attentive. The place is spacious. Other than that, the "juice is not worth the squeeze." The grill even when it's on high, is not high enough for the average cuts of meat to sear quickly. We got the tom yum soup and it lacked flavor and sourness you'd expect. Thankfully, the only reason we went was because we were invited to a party. Otherwise, we would not come here to pay.

Great atmosphere and great view. Terrible service. The heating element is a flat electronic burner under a curved grate and it never seemed to get hot enough. Meat quality was mild at best. Hot pot was fine but nothing to write home about. I left craving Korean bbq.
