I originally reviewed Belladonna when I was still working with Julian in advance of my wedding. The sample flavors and design sketches he showed us were truly incredible, and we were so excited and grateful to have found him to be a part of our day. And I am very happy to say that as much as I had hyped Belladoona up to my guests, they still managed to exceed our expectations. Our wedding cake was a showstopper both visually and in terms of taste. We had multiple guests tell us it was the best cake they'd ever had. Plus, Julian was so genuinely warm, kind and joyful throughout the process. We can't thank him enough!

What a hidden gem! Our wedding cake and dessert table were spectacular! We are so lucky to have found and worked with Julian. His creativity and talent are really special for the valley. He is a joy to work with. Through the process we got to taste several creations and they were all just as delicious. He really takes the time to listen to your wants and infuse his talents into a collaborative vision. Our cake was stunning as are his designs! The dessert table was wiped out in minutes and we wish we had gone even bigger with that. People loved the desserts. We had a variety of churros and shooters, raspberry fruit tarts, and chocolate cupcakes. The cake flavors shine with quality ingredients and don't taste like your ordinary generic flavors.
