I’m staying at the hotel right now next to Carl’s the last 2 weeks. I’ve dined there 6 times in 2 weeks. The food was the best I’ve ever had from Carls. I order Western bacon Cheeseburger and a Sante Fe Chicken. The breast is HUGE! The Western is dripping with BBQ sauce! The Sante FE was covered in green chile. This place is better than any other. Not all are the same. Last night not so bueno. I thought to call instead of bad review. Cynthia was extremely receptive to my issue. You are the bomb Girl! She made fresh onion rings for my western!❤️best I ever had! Sante Fe had Awesome green chili!Thank You Cynthia!!

I'm not sure if this happens regularly but I've been here twice in the last week and have had to wait 20+ minutes, in the drive thru for 2 burgers. There were no cars in front of me. I felt horrible holding up a line of at least 4 cars behind me. To be honest, if I hadn't paid right away, I would have drove off.

Drive Thur intercom definitely needs to be updated. Employees can’t hear customers what so ever in the drive I know it wasn’t her fault I had to repeat myself about 5 times it’s the equipment

July 21, 2024 about 10:15 am. John as the server. He is rude and must be having a terrible day. He asked me for my "damn card". All because after he repeated my order I said "and barbecue sauce" he flew off the handle. He said I was rude and kept pointing at the sign that states customers need to request condiments. I told him I have 4 times now. He told me to leave I said no and ask politely for my card. He did eventually ask for my card without cussing and I got the food. In the 10 years I have been going there, this is the first time I had a rude employee.

Disgusted with the pricing ! Got a small combo and got one of those mini cups you give to little kids In a happy meal! Paid 14$ and come change . Lost me as a customer, and they lost their god Daym mind with them increasing the price and minimizing the portion!
