I’m staying at the hotel right now next to Carl’s the last 2 weeks. I’ve dined there 6 times in 2 weeks. The food was the best I’ve ever had from Carls. I order Western bacon Cheeseburger and a Sante Fe Chicken. The breast is HUGE! The Western is dripping with BBQ sauce! The Sante FE was covered in green chile. This place is better than any other. I'm not sure if this happens regularly but I've been here twice in the last week and have had to wait 20+ minutes, in the drive thru for 2 burgers. There were no cars in front of me. I felt horrible holding up a line of at least 4 cars behind me. To be honest, if I hadn't paid right away, I would have drove off.
