the food was really good when I went there multiple times but it seemed every time there was a mishap, either they don’t have certain food items or there customer service is lacking.. I went there a while ago and tried to order but they were out of a certain item, and when i pulled up to pay, i gave them a $20 bill and they told me they didn't have change. im just overall disappointed everytime I go there.

Stopped here during my drive from Stockton to Los Angeles, it was about 9:30PM and it was a great experience. The lady at the window was very nice, and another woman came to the window to confirm how I wanted my order, which I didn't mind, I was actually happy they wanted to make sure my order was correct instead of guessing. Food was fresh.

In n out super fast I'm impressed lol delicious food
Literally out of everything, no small burgers, no fanta, no customer service. Would not recommend coming here. Go up the road a little there's a ton of places near, or just skip and hit the next jack in the box. Two of us didn't even end up ordering because they were out of everything we named off. Went to Wendy's up the block and got our meals along with great customer service.

The FIRST thing you notice is how it’s never clean. THEN they take your order rude like you ruined their day by coming by to order your food.THEN you get parked every time you use the drive thru .. been the same since they opened.
Why apologize and never fix it? The service is terrible.

I guess they don't like serving in the dining room. Went inside, no customers there. We stood there for a few minutes, workers walking by but no one addressed us at all, like we were invisible. We left and went to the drive thru. Placed our order with the rude girl at the window. She didn't say thank you, come back, nothing. We got our food and went inside to eat. Still invisible to all workers in the back. But they sound like they are having fun back there.
They say the drive thru is open til midnight. Lies it's not. They really need to update the hours or actually stay open until the time theh display.
Why do they run out of certain items and close inside dining at 6pm!!!! Plus the people there are so slow and lazy!!!!!!
