Called to place a pick up order; young man on the phone answered and when I asked to place a pick up order, he said “okay” dismissively, then he could be heard dropping the phone on the counter and a young lady on the other end could be heard running to the counter saying “why are you answering the phone if you’re not going to take the order?”When I arrived to the restaurant, the staff was equally as dismissive and seemed almost inconvenienced that I was arriving to pick up my order. Not sure if this is how customers are regularly treated at this location, or if it was just something to do with the particular staff working this day- but if this is how customers are treated at this location, I will be taking my business to one of the other locations with friendlier staff.

The food is very inconsistent, they won’t shirk from giving you stale and sour food.! Quality control is missing, I’ve found hair twice in my mood. And kebabs are almost always overcooked chewy and rubbery.!

The girls were friendly, but the meat was old and a little tough. I heard ownership might have changed and that might explain it. Or they got a new cook. They just need to serve only good fresh meat. Customers can tell the difference. It's in downtown Fowler and is very dark and uninviting at night. They need better lighting. Also on a cold night they had the fans blowing and many people were wearing coats in the restaurant. It's almost as if the cooks get hot in the kitchen so they keep the dining room cold. We ate half the combo shawarma priced at $24 plus $3 to split. Their meat isn't good enough to be priced that high. Overall I was disappointed after our first visit and most likely won't be back. Lilly said she ate there 2 years ago and it was much better.

Overall good authentic Mediterranean Food, couple tweaks on the chicken and pilaf would be an upgrade, but good as it is just not over the top, I would highly

If you’ve ever visited another Kabab City, this one is extremely disappointing. $1.04 for sauce is a joke for the tiny cup they give you. I’ve received 25 cent ranch cups that are bigger. Won’t add tomatoes and onions to a chicken plate without charging you $1 for each, they don’t even include drizzled sauce for any of their plates.

BANDAID IN FOOD AND I CHEWED ON IT! have officially filed a complaint and will not let this go. Please feel free to share: FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION Kabob Kabab City 1.0 star rating *****Owner has multiple locations**** Hello, my name is Michele. I ordered food from Kabob City in Reedley (owner has multiple locations in Fresno) and found myself chewing on a bandaid a few bites into the chicken pita I ordered. I made the restaurant aware and they did absolutely nothing. I pulled their heath and safety reviews that you folks keep on record, and it appears there were several heath and safety issues at this restaurant. I feel as though my concerns were taken lightly and this should be brought to light since the owner has decided to not respond to my certified letter regarding this matter. I still have the pita along with the bandaid as I will not let this go until people are made aware of the situation that I along with countless others may be subject to and not even know it. Please email me so we can discuss further. I feel people give up trying because they don't feel heard or feelthat nothing will be done. This allows these restaurants to continue harming al just the beginning! I give people the opportunity to do the right thing. They think I'm "flexing" No clue the of the lengths I'll go through to right a wrong - legally! THIS IS A PROBLEM AND I WILL NOT LET IT GO!

My family and I used to love this place but as of lately we have had bad experiences. The staff has greatly disappointed us. We have been in here to dine in a couple times for dinner and every time the server is talking very loud about personal business while cussing throughout the conversation with the men in the kitchen while our two young boys listen. So we started ordering to take out and it's even worse, last couple times our salads or apps have been forgotten. This is a constant issue and I would hope the owner would talk to his staff about these issues.
