ordering food is always amazing. fast friendly service and i never wait too long. business wise, very slow and unprofessional. had an interview and i sat waiting for almost 40 minutes and nobody showed up. ended up leaving and wasting my time for an interview they set up!

It’s very spacious and clean. There is plenty of seating and the seats have cushions on them. Very comfortable lounging here. The ladies working here today are very kind and patient with their customers. And I don’t see a lot of turmoil going on with the kitchen staff. No negative language anywhere. All smiles here. They have a play area for the kids, and it’s very well kept, no trash anywhere and doesn’t have any weird stains or residue. Looks sanitary to me. This is the nicest location I’ve ever been to

Over 30 minutes to get my order because they were more concerned with the drive thru! On top of that they packed my food to go when it was for dine in. None of the tables were clean. Getting paid over $20 an hour to be incompetent when they don’t even deserve $10. Will never return!

Ordered though the drive-through today, and was told to park in the front for our simple order of two egg McMuffins, sweet ice tea, and caramel frappe. We waited for a simple order that should have took 5 minutes, that took 30 minutes and there was an influx of people who went after us, and got all their food before us. Very, very poor service. The staff was disorganized and had no idea to use structure to get meals out efficiently when it was chaotic. I will never go back again.

We went through the drive threw asked for no cheese on the big mac and we gave special instructions on the food and they didn't follow directions. My hamburger the meat was burnt i didn't even know they could do that!
