Over 30 minutes to get my order because they were more concerned with the drive thru! On top of that they packed my food to go when it was for dine in. None of the tables were clean. Getting paid over $20 an hour to be incompetent when they don’t even deserve $10. Will never return!

Ordered though the drive-through today, and was told to park in the front for our simple order of two egg McMuffins, sweet ice tea, and caramel frappe. We waited for a simple order that should have took 5 minutes, that took 30 minutes and there was an influx of people who went after us, and got all their food before us. Very, very poor service. The staff was disorganized and had no idea to use structure to get meals out efficiently when it was chaotic. I will never go back again.

We went through the drive threw asked for no cheese on the big mac and we gave special instructions on the food and they didn't follow directions. My hamburger the meat was burnt i didn't even know they could do that!
There was a time McDonald's only served Burgers, Fries,n soft Drinks....I miss those days :(

I had to go to McDonald's a few times this week and typically visit the locations in Sanger. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the service, timeliness, and quality of food at the Fowler location. The staff did an excellent job!

Did I travel back in time? Had to leave the Visalia one cause I knew 10 cars in the drive thru would take a long time. So came to this one for the convenient exit/entrance to the 99. As I pulled up, there were 3, but was willing to wait since I was short on time. Would u believe me it took only 5 minutes? The speed, the accuracy, the freshness... This was a McDonald's that I remember from a long time ago. And when I asked for extra lettuce in my mcchicken, it was barrier with lettuce, top and bottom of the patty. Anywhere else, I'd have to beg for a pinch more, this one had it overflowing. After paying in the first window, my bag of food was waiting for me at the next one. All 3 cars were gone and I was next right after. Maybe it was the AAA++ team working on that day during lunch hour, or someone pranked me and installed a flex capacitor in my trunk (I wasn't going 88, I promise). I felt like a future boy with the flame tire tracks behind me. Can wait to try again.
