So I used to think pizza factory was good until I ordered a pizza and bread with ranch and jalapeños. The order took longer than expected and my dasher had to wait. The pizza was burnt and cheese looked burnt too. Anyways the reason why I’m making a review is because after I ate I woke up later in the middle of the night with a really bad stomach ache, so bad I threw up everything. Not sure if the cheese was old or the jalapeños were out or old, but I hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else

What can I say that hasn’t been said before? The pizza here is amazing! The dough is soft and kind of chewy. Good place to hang out and eat some good food.

Ordered Italian sandwich, nothing like it used to be! I know owners changed but assumed they would keep same recipes. Used to have the best sandwiches, not now.

Ordered this place on Doordash and they CLAIM that they didn't get the email order until the dasher showed up to pick up my order. Ended up being 45 minutes later than scheduled. Apparently this has happened before to other door dashers. Hey Pizza Factory, maybe take yourselves off Doordash if you can't process orders through there...
What’s the point of calling in the order and was told “it’ll be 15mins. Came to pick up 18mins later and they haven’t started on my order. 30mins later the food was rush and disappointing.

Nice and quiet until the crying kids ruined it. Ok service, better food. Will definitely be back again though. Kids nowadays don't have any custom service. Way better than the one in the North Fork area. That one is trash! We'll be back. ?
Parking: So free street parking. You can literally park right in front of the pizza parlor.
