I ordered 5 drinks, and 2 specific drinks were pretty upsetting scrimping out on the portion while the matcha also tasting very milky, while I asked for 2 pumps of vanilla syrup and it still tasted very milky. Very unsatisfied with these drinks.

Ordered a sandwich from here for lunch today. First time it was made incorrectly. When I went in for a replacement, the sandwich was ice cold. Got a 2nd replacement which was still cold throughout. I have never had this issue at another store and feel like my time and money was wasted. Didn't bother going back for another. Judging by the reviews this is just a bad location.
I usually go to the fowler location because they are so good, unfortunately today I now know why they get so many bad reviews. I ordered a tall hot misto with 1 pump pumpkin spice and almond milk, the lady taking my order put the wrong order on the screen and put 4 pumps, before I pulled around I corrected her and she said it would be corrected, then when I am handed my drink it shows 4 pump pumpkin spice and I ask the Barista if it's my actual order he apologizes and offers to remake it, which I kindly accept, however this is where I am upset because when he gives me my order I make the mistake of trusting they remade it, they didn't, they clearly just poured it into another cup and gave it back to me or remade the drink I had already told them was wrong. It was definitely not what I ordered and way to sugary. I get people have bad days or the inconvenience of having to remake the drink but I has clearly corrected them on my order TWICE and they still went out of their way to ignore my request but take my money.

I always order my matcha without ice and I always receive pure foam, but if I order it normally, I always receive the glass full of ice with a little bit of matcha. I think they only want to sell ice and that's not correct.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Fowler Starbucks due to the behavior of an employee named Regina. Her attitude was extremely rude, and the customer service she provided was unprofessional and unkind. I don’t believe anyone’s background should be used as an excuse for poor treatment of others—there should be no privilege or entitlement in the workplace, especially in a customer-facing role.
It’s unfortunate that someone with such a lack of empathy and understanding is representing the Starbucks brand. Encounters like this are exactly why this location continues to receive poor ratings. Working at Starbucks should not make anyone feel superior to others, and if someone cannot treat customers with basic respect and courtesy, they should not be in this field. I truly hope Starbucks corporate looks into this matter—this kind of treatment is unacceptable.

I ordered the Iced Horchata Oatmilk Shaken Espresso but when I drank from it , it tasted like pure coffee and not even that, it had such a strong taste, if you’re gonna mess up my order at least have it so it tastes good 😭🙏
