Deandra was so great in helping me out today, i bought a cup because i forgot mine and she realized I was going to use it right there and then, so she took my new cup and washed it with hot water, because she said it could be dirty and also did the same to my top and straw, she went above , because she did not have to do that . Service is usually good, except today. I paid $8 for an online order, I ordered a shaken brown espresso with cold foam top and cinnamon. I went inside before church to pick up my order, I walked back to the car realizing my drink was not what I paid for. And unfortunately for me, I was running late for church.

Ordered a frapaccino weak flavor. Tasted like a low fat latte. Taste like their using powdered milk. Little to no coffee taste. This location should get out the coffee business and start pieces of corn to chicken farmers to better serve the surrounding community.

Got a iced white mocha no whip light ice and cinnamon powder. The baristas have been nice the few times i’ve been. Today the barista had the same exact name as me. He made a joke about having a cool name. Definitely would recommend this location. It’s near the freeway too

Bad more water than flavor? they never have my drink that I ask for and if they do they don't even put strawberries in it, it's supposed to have strawberries in it, the name says strawberry acai, but they try to convince me that strawberries don't make a difference so they don't put it in but the price It's the same, on more than one occasion they have done the same thing to me, in addition to the time it takes to prepare it and when they do it is just like painted water with no flavor, nothing compared to how they do it in other Starbucks.

Today's visit to your coffee shop was a total letdown. The female barista on duty was beyond rude. Despite arriving well before closing time, she made it clear that she wanted us to leave by aggressively moving furniture and blasting music. I hate to be a downer, but this kind of behavior is unacceptable. Have the decency to inform us when you're closing, as your other staff members do. The attitude we encountered today was simply not okay.

They called me a man when I am clearly a women. Didn't give me what I ordered. Never got any of my things ordered. Zero refund. Over all I lost 20. And will no longer be apart of Starbucks. If zero stars was an option I'd choose it.
