Today's visit to your coffee shop was a total letdown. The female barista on duty was beyond rude. Despite arriving well before closing time, she made it clear that she wanted us to leave by aggressively moving furniture and blasting music. I hate to be a downer, but this kind of behavior is unacceptable. Have the decency to inform us when you're closing, as your other staff members do. The attitude we encountered today was simply not okay.

They called me a man when I am clearly a women. Didn't give me what I ordered. Never got any of my things ordered. Zero refund. Over all I lost 20. And will no longer be apart of Starbucks. If zero stars was an option I'd choose it.
This was the first and last time I get coffee from this location. I honestly have never had a worse tasting coffee and I am almost middle aged. I ordered a Venti Tuxedo(mocha & white mocha with almond milk). Very simple no other instructions. The normal coffee flavor was not even there but tasted like old espresso and the almond milk flavor was also either old and expired or something. I might taste a hint of the mocha’s but not normal flavor. Just terrible! Not worth over $6.

Took them 30 minutes to make one coffee!! Ordered a carmel ribbon crunch, no crunchies, no whip cream, barley any carmel, was put in, we asked for extra carmel and extra cruschies. placed the mobile order 20 minutes before showing up waited another 15. Ive gone here mulitable times and its been fine. Needs more workers as there was only two, one running the cash register and one running the drive through. Atleast 10 people were waiting on their mobile order some where there when we got there and were still waiting when we left.

To be fair. Staff was stressed. Alot of customers. Never recieved my order. Went back to counter and recognized the problem. They put everyones order on the counter and it is unattended. Witnessed patrons walking up and randomly taking cups of coffee. Just pay attention. I got my coffee after alot of convincing I did not pick it up.
