If you can provide me with dates/places of your next couple of events, close by, maybe I can make one of those. Very nice people. So I hate to leave this review but... the overall two stars is for the spinach fettuccine pasta I purchased at a pop-up event this past weekend. The instructions say to cook for 3 - 4 minutes. After 5 minutes I tested the pasta by biting a piece and it literally hurt my teeth. It was practically rock hard. To get it just passed Al Dente I had to cook it for over 20 minutes. Even after the 20 minutes of cooking, it still wasn't soft like it should be. And I only cooked about half the pkg. Not only that, it had no spinach taste whatsoever and did not taste good at all. Will be throwing the remainder of it out. Because how nice they are, maybe at the next pop-up, if they are there, I might try one of their oils.

The oils and vinegars from this place make me actually WANT to eat salad. They are delicious! My favorites so far are basil infused olive oil and white lemon balsamic. I ordered 6 bottles online and they had a show nearby so they actually texted me and delivered straight to my door! Will be ordering from them forever, so yummy.

I ordered the delicious jalapeño, lime, white balsamic vinaigrette. Thought I’d have to wait for a mail delivery but the next day it was hand delivered to our front door!! Now that’s some incredible customer service! It’s always worth it to support our local small business owners. Makes it easy when their product is so fantastic!
