Absolutely horrible customer service, while taking your order they give attitude. Seems like they don’t like their job. I’ve worked in fast food and no matter what you always have to greet your customers with gratitude and respect.

I drive PAST my nearest tacobell to go to THIS location. not only have they never messed up my order, but it is ALSO the best executed by far. when i have a hankerin' for the bell,
they never let me down... 🥰

This place has to be the worst Taco Bell in America don’t come here! Food is just awful they skimped me on crunch wrap supreme it was pretty all tortilla and veggies three crunch tacos was watery it broke up the shells eating it. And I told them ten hot and there was no sauce in the bag. And one of the employees there got into a fight with a guy employee there he started acting all gangster to a customer my dad he’s honestly lucky I wasn’t there dude would of got beat for fighting and old man. They deserve negative stars

First and last time coming to this location. Stopped here 10/4 at about 9:20PM and the lady who took my order was very impatient and rude. I asked for a Strawberry Dole, and her response was "we don't have that, we only have strawberry freeze or strawberry lemonade" and I said "Yes, the strawberry lemonade is Dole brand correct?" and she says "no", I hear a man in the back say "Yes, it is, that's what she's talking about" and all she says to me is "So is that it?" like girl, first confirm you have the drink I'm asking for. I get through ordering and get to the window to pay and it's the same lady who took my order. I hand her a $100, she says "I don't think I have change for this" and hands it back. I said "Well then never mind that's all I have" and she just closed the window on me. She should have borrowed change from the safe if she didn't have it, but she didn't even attempt to. Lazzzzzzy. I just drove off and went right across the way and spent my money at Jack In The Box, where the customer service was great :)

Food had the same taste but smaller portions than other stores. Staff was great tho and the dining room is good. Good prices here (compared to Taco Bell “Cantinas”).

I asked for "a few fire sauce packets" in the drive thru. And you're not gonna believe this, but they only gave me A FEW FIRE SAUCE PACKETS instead of filling the bag with sauce packets like Taco Bell's usually do! The crunch wraps were fresh and perfectly assembled (no drips!). Plus, the cashier had an immaculate American Traditional bird tattoo on their forearm. This may be the best taco bell in the world.
