I paid for an extra ranch didn’t even get that lady was kind of snobby. They didn’t even make the food right the hamburger was pink. The fries and nuggets were not fresh. They taste like they were old and soggy and some were burnt like they got re-put in the fryer just to heat up. But they weren’t even really that hot. And you can also tell a difference from old oil and fresh oil. I don’t even know when the last time they even changed the oil cause these fries and nuggets taste horrible.

Fast and dependable food service on a busy highway in a convenient location. Coupled with Flying J fuel pumps this is THE best place connected to the Grapevine to stop. GORMAN's McD's is too inconsistent and the stops downhill at the Laval exits, both East & West, are too congested and the restaurants too crowded. On one of the busiest travel days of the year I walked right up to the counter and had to wait half a minute for the counter person to get back on station (see actual picture). Their menu is priced with national prices too, not jacked up highway prices. You can't go wrong here.

I am a very huge Wendy's fan they have awsome food and my mother was the original Wendy's girl. Dave would turn over in his grave if he came here. The fries are old and chewy. The burger was old and chewy. They ask to upside but then you are told they can only do the soda because they only have small fry boxes, so I ask can you just put a little more in there than if I get a large. And was told with a very hard NO. There was hardly no Condiments on the burgers. No salt on the old chewy fries. I will NEVER Ever come to this one agian when I stop here for the night. They need to be shut done or fired and new responsible people be trained. Because they all want to congregate in the very back while people are waiting and food is beeping because it is done. NEVER NEVER AGIAN. YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO WORK HERE.

No matter what time i go in the frosty machine is always being cleaned because employees are too lazy to clean it.

Bad service every time at night when you come around 11 or 12 they say the fryer is not working. It’s down that’s a bad service instead of keep opening at night. They should close it.

Super friendly staff.

If you do a mobile order don't do it out of this location. 3rd time in a row they dont have the order ready. I have to ask the cashier for the the order and they all say the same thing oh I'm working on it now . Waist of time . Never making a mobile order again . Plus they can't get the order right when it say extra items on the sandwich.

Sadly, the food at the adjoining gas station is better.

The friendly customer service

I ordered a biggie bag here, it comes with nuggets and they didnt want to give me my free sauce that comes with the meal. They wanted to charge me 25 cents. The lady their was very rude. She says that she doesnt care and that I should speak with the manager. The manager also didnt want to give me the sauce that comes with meal, they wanted to charge me 55 cents now. I also noticed they gave other customers free sauce but not me. I felt very discriminated, they started speaking spanish to me and I dont even speak spanish. The manager’s name is Yadhira. She was very unprofessional. They also gave me a hard time for giving my money back since the situation was unfair. After I left I saw them laugh.

Came in the evening they made my order wrong then the girl with blonde highlights wants to adamantly disagree. Telling me she can see it on her screen like I don't know what I ordered. I got the receipt. Put onions on both with no pickles on one. Then I'm assuming it's the manager with the tattoo on his right arm tosses it in the trash and remakes the order. Well surprise it's wrong again. Now one is missing pickles. I worked fast food it ain't that hard. I can understand mistakes happen but bad attitude and bad service is crazy.
