Always a pleasure coming here. Workers have a smile and are friendly to talk to. I don’t come here as often as I used to, but always enjoy coming in. Julia the manager is great and does a great job. The place is always clean and very bright. Lots of room to enjoy sitting in.

Tanner was the young gentleman that helped me. He was very patient and professional. You could tell he takes pride in his work. I was asking questions and he was busy, he had someone at the drive thru and he was also making my shake and then I was having an issue with my method of payment and I felt very well taken care of. The way he speaks, his tone. His eye contact. His kindness and efficiency. I give Tanner a 100++++! I wish every customer could have the pleasant, service that I did every time they are in a customer service situation! Tanner you are Regional Manager material. You should also be in charge of training. Thank you Tanner. You made my somewhat crappy night into a great happy night with a smile on my face as I left your store! Keep up the great work!!Parking: Huge lot. Plenty of space.Kid-friendliness: They have every idea a kid could come up wanting from chocolate shake and fried to cheeseburger and loaded nachos
Its inside or part of the truck stop. The staff didnt say hello and seemed annoyed that we wanted to place an order during the afternoon. No one was at the front counter and the staff was busy but several people were ahead of us already waiting. We placed our order to go since none of the tables looked clean. My son was asked what sauce he wanted for his food, ended up npt getting any sauces when we got back in the car. We should have ordered from the truck stop instead which they atleast said hello when we walked in. Id avoid this place if it wasnt for the cheaper gas prices along I5.

It’s not exactly open 24 hours late of the night. Make sure you call them. If They are open.
It is busy here because it’s near Flying J. But the workers are very few. It’s a fast food chain, and I know we would complain just for fast food. I’m here to complain about management. Management sucks here. Raise the employee’s payment or add more folks. I just saw a poor employee get confused by my zero-sugar lemonade order. Two people can’t do six people’s jobs.

This location had a ton of things going wrong today. No water. How does a restaurant stay open without water. No ice water or bottled water. But it has sodas. No fryer, so everything fried was down. Terrible experience. Defiantly the last time I stop by here.
