Freedom Meat Lockers

Wasn't there in many years, they have a nice selection of meats, Folks were friendly. I asked for a smoked brisket sandwich, asked if they had fatty brisket, they did, asked if I could please have fatty brisket only on the sandwich, no lean brisket please. The brisket was tender but it was completely lean, no fat, dry, underseasoned, not very smokey. I had to put some barbecue sauce on it for a little moisture, but I shouldn't have to do that.

Maybe it was a bad brisket day, idk.

I'll probably give them a second chance, it's a local business, I want to support that, they have some bacon cheeseburger sausage I'd like to try.

I had an amazing experience. The sandwiches are delicious. The owners are amazing Sarah gave us a grand tour for it being our first there. I will definitely be going back and I definitely recommend this place to others.

Taste trumps service and wait. The quality of meat and their yummy deli is worth it. Be aware that a sandwich order can take 15 minutes.

Holy smokes this place is awesome!!? ... the entire staff is amazing... and happy to be there! We got some unreal t bones (seasoned with love) for our 4th of July cookout, and they gave us a tube of their Gourmet Organic House Made Dog Food to try for our babies... don't forget to stop at the deli on the way out for lunch!!!

10/10 would recommend! For years, my parents and I have been loyal customers of Freedom for our meats. Even after moving to Kentucky, we make it a point to visit family each year and bring a cooler to stock up on their amazing steaks and sausages. This annual tradition is something I eagerly anticipate, and it’s always a sad day when our supply runs out. I also love their sandwiches, especially the tri-tip and strip steak with the wine and spice seasoning—absolutely delicious. Go check them out! You won't be disappointed.

Bought a skirt steak sandwich and was very disappointed no flavor and tasted like it had been sitting in the refrigerator to long I won't be going back for a sandwich that's for sure.
