Yum yum yummy!! Good takeout stays nice and hot until your you get where you're going to eat. The staff is always friendly nice I never feel like I'm bothering them. Makes me happy to eat that Happy garden.
Though I do not live in California anymore, I just wanted to review this place because I used to come here for years with my parents. Cindy is one of the most hospitable people I have ever met in the restaurant industry. The food is excellent, well cooked and served rather quickly. The waiters are kind and we went so often that they memorized our orders LOL. I love to get Chinese and because of this, I have eaten at many places. Happy Garden has always and will always be my favorite....
We had a desire for Chinese food for Lunch . We tried their lunch specials which include fried rice, Chow Mein, egg drop soup and an entree. The egg drop soup was some of the best I ever had, very flavorful, hot and a hood amount of tofu. The Fried rice was cooked well and tasty. The Chow Mein was dry and the noodles were a little hard. The Beef with Broccoli was just OK, the beef was tender but was over powered be the sauce. The Broccoli was nicely steamed, but some of the broccoli...
