used to be good but not so sure anymore. i paid almost $30 for a soggy thin waffle, 2 small sausage links, 2 eggs over med (prepared easy) and an oj that had ice in it first off which i thought was strange but was even more disappointed to discover the cup was filled mostly with ice. debating to go back at this point

Fast, friendly, and consistent.The wait staff at the Farm House are very friendly and hospitable. The food comes out really fast, sometimes too fast, meaning food doesn't always come out at the same time so people In your party may wait a bit after others have received their food. And if you add a side with your main meal, it tends to be forgotten.Food is consistently good for dinner food, a bit over salted, but consistent. Toast is more like warmed bread even when we ask for it extra toasted. The potato chips and salsa are a lunch time favorite, both come out warm and made fresh.We like coming here when we are looking for a quick meal.

Thank you Google. I found this in the Best brunch near me. The Farm house was one of the top spots. We made reservations but got in early. They sat us down quickly, took our order and the food came out fast. Lots of food. The service was great and showed my appreciation with big nice tip. If you don't like this place. Your next meal on me.

This is my FAVORITE restaurant in Santa Cruz County, I have been coming here for FIVE years and I have never had a bad meal nor service!!! Always friendly, delicious and FAST!!! I am a food bouge and I cook better than most restaurants, but THIS PLACE IS THE BOMB! My family loves their chicken fried steak, the huevos rancheros and the churro waffle is to die for! Hands down, the best breakfast joint.The service is EXCELLENT... fast, efficient, courteous and helpful, but too busy to be annoying. I have never waited more than 20 minutes for a table although I usually go during the week. And once they get your order the food comes ALWAYS within ten minutes. It's amazing.

I just ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and not impressed with it. In their menu states it has garlic aioli and it didn't have not even a smear of it. It seems like they just throw the breaded chicken in the fryer and put it in the brioche bun and call it a meal. I could've gone to Jack in the box and had a better chicken sandwich for a cheaper price. I would not recommend this place for sandwiches. Super basic and flavorless.
