I visited this 85°C location today, and what should have been a quick drink run turned into a frustrating hassle. I placed my order through the in-store kiosk, but it failed to print a pick-up number or receipt—already an annoying start.
When I approached the front staff and the manager to request a receipt (a totally reasonable ask for order confirmation), their response was shocking. First, they questioned me with “Why do you need the receipt?”—as if a customer asking for proof of purchase is unreasonable. Then they claimed the printer was broken and couldn’t provide one. To top it off, they just grabbed a random drink from the counter and handed it to me, with no check if it matched my order.
Their attitude was rude, my basic request was ignored, and the whole experience felt unprofessional. This is the worst customer service I’ve had at any 85°C, and I won’t be coming back here again.

Had the worst experience at the bakery on Sunday morning around 9am. The server ( female ) was absolutely awful, rude and had no etiquette to talk to people. She had the audacity to mock the customer and make fun of them and not reply when called out. Pathetic service . Will never go back or recommend this place to anyone for the worst customer service ever.

The staff are nice, and the pastries are honestly the best. My aunt was visiting from Oklahoma, and since they don’t have 85°C there, I grabbed her a bunch of different pastries so my cousins could try them all.

Friendly staff. Quick to take order\t, proactively helpful I sharing info such as restroom code or good dessert options. Conscientious in make my frappe ( I noticed they made a small mistake mid process and proactively corrected their error before finishing my drink... Attention to detail.

I went here to get some food for my flight back to NYC. Picked up a cream cheese jalapeno bun and a ham & cheese sandwich to hold me over. When I ate them on the plane it made me wish I had bough a few more. Both were delicious. I wish there was one of these near my residence.
