I was scrolling online and happen to find this restaurant. I have to say, this interior really looks nice here. It’s very decorative and advertising since they display foods on the walls. The spam musubi especially with Cheetos? Gotta try those in the future.
This restaurant seems to be known for making gourmet, specialty fries. The potato tots are crispy and very delicious. I love how everything blends in especially the bacon and BBQ sauce. Also, they serve like other dishes like rice bowls and ramen. It made me wonder how the restaurants are able to keep up with everything given that we have plentiful options.
I haven’t tried their drinks yet, but sure am going to the next time I stop by. I just didn’t had a chance since I drank something earlier. And probably will try spam musubi in the future!

This venue is a victim of their service & capabilities. The food, especially the sauces, were quite well made, well-seasoned and tasty (unagi bowl & curry shrimp bowl were ordered). But ... We ordered based on the photos on the menu.
Food: Now I'm not so naive that I expect the food to be a perfect match of the photo; however, there was a radical difference. The unagi in the photo was swarming the bowl, looked well cooked and crispy. The unagi I received in the bowl was undercooked, chewy, filled with fat, and there were only four tiny little strips. The sea weed and veggies were also barely existent in the bowls, while their picture also showed huge portions. The shrimps had their tails and shells on, and were cleaned poorly. This is clearly lazy preparation. Which baffles me, because -
Service: It took 42 minutes to receive our bowl. These are food items that cook in under 5 minutes. And still, will all that time, they couldn't cook the proteins properly, nor could they clean them properly. The bowls were served with clumpy & sticky rice, which is normally fine; however, very difficult to eat with forks, as the clumps simple fall off every load. I asked for chop sticks, as would be standard with any unagi bowl, as well as making it easier to eat; but they were unable to provide any. It also took 36 minutes to receive our lemonades, which were loaded with sugar. I definitely couldn't make it past the halfway mark they were so sweet.
Atmosphere: Very loud, very noisy. Often difficult to hear, and often painfully loud. It kicked off my tinnitus something fierce. Upon entering, I was eagerly searching for a handicapped seat, as I am disabled. It was a struggle to get to the restaurant entrance, as you have to park in the back and walk all the way around to the front. As this point, I could barely stand and was shaking. I saw that there were two patrons sitting at the handicapped table, with no visible disabilities. I had asked them if I could sit, and they simply stared at me, watching me struggle, until I was forced to find another seat. I made it very clear to them and to the restaurant staff that the handicapped table was needed, and being used by patrons who later clearly had no issues ambulating. But, they absolutely did not care.
And lastly, they have a fantastic selection of books on their shelves ... if only they were real. They actually spent money on fake books. It would have considerably improved the atmosphere while waiting nearly an hour for our food, if they had just thrown some cheap leftover books on the shelves.
In summary, good sauce & seasoning on the proteins, but a lazy, inattentive staff that takes forever to make simple rice bowls. I most certainly will not be returning here. It's not worth the wait or the price.

Food is good TBH. However, it takes forever to wait. Also, they make mistakes on my order twice, cause me waiting for 20 more minutes each time.

Food takes forever to come out and the whole place is very very expensive. Tastes pretty good though, especially the drinks. Place is a little small but it's nice. Just the wait times are absolutely terrible. Also don't think anyone cleans the tables, and the bathrooms are situated in the most offbeat area humanly possible. You have to actually travel to make it there.

BEWARE of this place! We were served rotten fruit in our drinks and it was growing mold! We will not be back! Also, the customer service is non-existent! Service is rushed, and the person helping us treated us like we were invisible. Zero stars, and two thumbs down. We will not return.!!!

Food is really good but the food prep is really slow, especially if you order any fried items, even when it's not busy. It's not too bad when you order drinks as they prepare those fairly quickly. The place is clean and well kept. If it wasn't for the long wait to get food they would get a higher rating, but if you are in no rush and are willing to wait a little bit, the quality of the food and drinks are good.

I can't believe this place has been so close to home and never showed up on my radar! I visited for the first time and was really impressed by both the ambiance and the diverse food menu. We started with the crème brûlée Thai tea and mango sago drink—both were delicious, though I would recommend using fresh mango. We'll definitely be back to try more from the food menu!
