Decent stop for a family. They have happy hour daily which was cool. Good specials, pretty good service, affordable.

The food is not that great , it was too salty, service is pathetic, we were working , still having our food , they just snatched the plates without asking assuming that we are done ! Moreover they are forcing us to pay tip of 22% of the bill amount. Thts not RIGHT ,
I use car side to go frequently and the team members are always polite and friendly. Order is always accurate.

rst off I'm going to start with the restaurant was about 1/3 full. I went with the bar table even though I knew that would mean less attention. There seemed to be only a bartender and server working the floor so they were stretched at a lil thin. I ordered a wild cherry pepsi and the loaded waffle fries to start. Told the bartender I was going to head to the restroom, that way she would have time to put in the order and have a separation from my entree and app. When I got back to the table I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and settled in to.wait for my app. Well to my surprise despite the split my app and my entree came out at the same time. The plate of my app was blazin hot and the entree was ice cold. The cheese hadn't even melted on the burger and the fries were cold. So I asked the hostess to speak with the manager. When he came over I told him the issue you, his initial reaction was one of no much concern. He then asked "what do you want me to do?" I was shocked that there was no apology and an attitude. When i pointed out the attitude he said "there's no attitude so what do you want me to do? The kitchen already made the mistake so what do you want?" Absolutely worst treatment I have ever received. Have already contacted Applebee's customer relations but this a franchise location so we will see if anything comes of it. But the fact that I wasn't given an apology is ridiculous
