Went by their Google listing which which said they closed at 10pm,I arrived at 9:15 and they were closed the place wasn't well marked and a group of employees were standing out watching me look for the entrance.it is disappointing because the food at the other locations is always incredible.I was on my home from a long day of in Santa Clara and pretty excited to see location on the way.just do better next time

Ordered doirdash fries and 6 pc mandhu cold and old, fries not even worth $7 plus its like half order i guess thats why they have happy hour so they can give less and claim they gave you 25% off for old and cold

I picked up the order after 2 hours, I was told next time over an hour of ordering, order will be thrown away. While I enter the premises and asked for my order, I noticed the pick up was sitting next to the server on a chair.Have requested no spicy sauce but not taken care of.

Ordered some wings (garlic soy) and plain with a couple of hot sauces, bulgogi fries, and the gangjung. I enjoyed most of the choices but found that the unsauced wings with dipping sauces were better than the others which were a bit too sweet. Chicken was nice and crunchy while not being too dry. The gangjung was solid. The bulgogi fries were straight fire though damn. We ordered eggs with our fries because eggs, and while they added to the fries, we wish they were runny eggs rather than fried to hard yolks, it definitely would be better as such.

this review is for the soy garlic chicken only. didn't taste like soy garlic at all, was more similar to orange chicken. sauce was too sweet and no garlic flavor. the sweet mayo also had too much sugar and no garlic. won't be ordering that again but the tacos look good so I'll try that next time. I also hope that they add kimbap to their menu since it's on their SF menu.
