Bang average place. Always noticed that people over here are not so friendly. In any place, they will always ask you what else you need or try to suggest something in their menu. That never happens here. Sometimes the service is very slow, especially if there are people in the subway counter. They always have my pretzel nuggets available. Giving an extra star for that.

Unprofessional unfriendly not on one occasion but multiple only younger girls rude older lady very nice & friendly. Frustrating when you have to deal with someone that's miserable to have a job . Now wonder they don't use name tags they don't want no one to see there names.

Spent the longest thirty minutes of my life buying an overpriced burnt pretzel from this place. I would recommend getting your burnt pretzel fix elsewhere.

No pretzels! I came in twice on the weekend on 2 separate days and an hour after opening they were barely getting started on the pretzels, argh! I really wanted a pretzel! There was a lot of us waiting around for a pretzel, they had no variety. The lady working was very nice and accommodating but the place was under staffed for sure. The pretzels tasted great but the wait was not cool!

Whenever I stop by the Mall, I come and get a fresh baked pretzel from Auntie Anne's. I always order the Garlic and Parmesan flavored Pretzel and it is amazing, especially when the Pretzel is fresh out of the oven! The Pretzels are getting quite expensive here though, that's one of the downsides of Auntie Anne's. They keep raising the prices. Last time I was here, a Pretzel was $3.79. Make sure you get a freshly baked Pretzel, and if not (if it's too hard) take it back and request a new one. They pride themselves in serving fresh Pretzels at Auntie Anne's. The customer service here is nothing special, some of workers here are friendly, and some are not as friendly as they could. They really need to make sure their employees are attentive and are providing good customer service. A hello & welcome to Auntie Anne's or a hello, how are you doing? would be wonderful. I am thrilled to see that Jyanea was promoted to Manager here at this location. They didn't have what we wanted so they said they'd make more and it would take 10 minutes. I have kids with me and there are no chairs close by to wait around so we had to stand. We waited exactly 22 minutes. No apology or "hey sorry it's taking longer than expected"...nothing. They made me and my kids think they forgot about us.

Love their pretzels, they have promotions frequently, B2G1, BOGO... etc. Sign up and install their app, you will enjoy the pretzel more with lot of great deals. Good location in the shopping mall just next to Macy and food court. Went there during their 30th anniversary, free original and sugar cinnamon pretzels for all.

This place needs older management as the food is not that great anymore. One of the managers was really on top of his game and he got promoted now they sold me soggy mini dogs. Them wanted extra for dip
When I am taking a stroll at a shopping center, once in awhile I will treat myself to a fresh pretzel! I stick to Auntie Anne's since I got the app. I get exclusive savings. Sometimes there are free pretzel offers. Those reward points add up. Free pretzel for your birthday. Must be eaten fresh. It does harden before you get home and then that freshness is not there.

These pretzels are THE best in the world ! Auntie Anne's is waaay better then Weztel Pretzels! They have excellent customer service as well, especially their cashier Trav! Such a nice guy ! :)
