Always good. I come here to eat whenever I'm in the area. Best canto food and in a clean and nice location with plenty of parking. Is located in the parking lot of a business area, which I find kind of weird but totally awesome for the fact that it's easily accessible.
This place also serves dim sum thoughout the day, which is a total plus in my opinion because most places don't serve them some past 2:00 p.m.
The dim sum is actually pretty legit and traditional. You can get pretty busy during lunch time, but it moves pretty quickly.
