Baskin-Robbins

I usually enjoy treats from Baskin Robbins, especially their classic milkshakes. However, I’ve been really disappointed with the Fremont location. Since moving to the area, my family and I have noticed that the shakes here are consistently thin and overly milky, lacking the rich, thick consistency we’re used to. It seems like there’s too much milk and not enough ice cream, which really takes away from the experience.

The man who often prepares our orders appears to be cutting corners, maybe to save on costs, but it’s at the expense of quality. Unfortunately, even the ice cream itself doesn’t seem to be kept frozen properly.

If you’re craving a proper Baskin Robbins shake or a better frozen treat experience, I recommend visiting the locations in Newark or Union City instead. Niles Ice Cream Sweets and Eats is also a great local alternative with excellent quality.

Our favorite ice cream. All my kids like baskin robbins ice cream. The staff was very polite and offered different flavors to try. There were a lot of flavor options, the ice cream was fresh and we really liked it.

If I could give this place one star, I would. All the ice creams were melting in the freezer. I couldn’t eat it as it tasted disgusting. Moody staff and overall bad.

Melty ice cream. This location seems to try to save energy by not having their freezer at normal strength. Ice cream is half melted at first bite.

I am always a big fan of BR ice creams but after having it from this store i suffered stomachache for 3 weeks …. i don’t know what went wrong doctors told me its a stomach infection

Tried double mango flavor here, and inside the scoop of ice cream, I found a chunk of ice. The ice cream tasted like it has been sitting for months.
Very bad experience, please avoid this place.

Came by tonight was greeted by 2 friendly young gentlemen. I was able to sample some flavors. came in originally Looking for Sunday funday? and the flavor of month. But I was told rhey didn't have both, but they did have the flavor of the month. 1st gentleman wasn't familiar with the pint for pint coupon I had and asked for assistance. 2nd guy tried his best but also couldn't figure out how to proceed. He took a picture and sent over to owner of store Parthik who advised his employees there isn't anything they could do and suggest I go elsewhere. Not sure why owner wouldn't honor said coupon. Thanked young men and left store.

This is the worst run location. Everything is suspicious about this place.Ice cream is basically already melted when they serve it. It’s the local place, so I keep thinking it will be better next time. but they cut corners on everything. I’ll just drive to another Baskin Robbin’s twice as far away from now on. I’m done with being disappointed when I want a treat.Looks to have a high staff turnover and I also know the good reviews are from the owner and friends. Looks sus.

Upon walking into this location, I was greeted by the most handsome Mexican/Quarter French Canadian individual named Christian Zaragoza. This man is exquisite in his service and assisted me in picking out one in the plethora of flavors at this location. He was truly magnificent, and defines what makes customer service good.

we went to this busy Baskins Robbins. Many families were there. I had a mint chip cone. My husband had a dish of chocolate chip ice cream. Both were good. Service was friendly and quick.

We love to visit Baskin-Robbins when ever we are craving for dessert. My kids love there all flavors.

Very slow and uncaring employees.
