Came by tonight was greeted by 2 friendly young gentlemen. I was able to sample some flavors. came in originally Looking for Sunday funday? and the flavor of month. But I was told rhey didn't have both, but they did have the flavor of the month. 1st gentleman wasn't familiar with the pint for pint coupon I had and asked for assistance. 2nd guy tried his best but also couldn't figure out how to proceed. He took a picture and sent over to owner of store Parthik who advised his employees there isn't anything they could do and suggest I go elsewhere. Not sure why owner wouldn't honor said coupon. Thanked young men and left store.

This is the worst run location. Everything is suspicious about this place.Ice cream is basically already melted when they serve it. It’s the local place, so I keep thinking it will be better next time. but they cut corners on everything. I’ll just drive to another Baskin Robbin’s twice as far away from now on. I’m done with being disappointed when I want a treat.Looks to have a high staff turnover and I also know the good reviews are from the owner and friends. Looks sus.

Upon walking into this location, I was greeted by the most handsome Mexican/Quarter French Canadian individual named Christian Zaragoza. This man is exquisite in his service and assisted me in picking out one in the plethora of flavors at this location. He was truly magnificent, and defines what makes customer service good.

we went to this busy Baskins Robbins. Many families were there. I had a mint chip cone. My husband had a dish of chocolate chip ice cream. Both were good. Service was friendly and quick.

Loved the flavors here. My favorite was triple mango, never had this flavor ever.I will be back for this flavor. Service was fast and great.

When we walked in the white girl was really rude. Not even a hi. They put too much chocolate fudge on the sundae and really minimum ice cream. It was sweeter than supposed to be. After some customers left her and another man (co-worker) started cussing and holding hands. I think they are very unprofessional. And no matter what job you work in you have to give the best of you because customers have no fault in you not liking the job.

I would like to recognize the team at the Mowry Baskin Robbins for their patience. Today was a hot day and as a result the shop was very busy. In addition there was a group of special needs young adults looking to purchase ice cream. The young lady and young man at the counter were very patient working with the group while also serving other customers.

Baskin Robbins is one of those places where you know what you're going to get - and that's some tasty ice cream options. My favorite is the peanut butter chocolate, and it was was delicious as always! However, this location is a bit depressing - it's small, run down, and in a dead shopping center. So if I were choosing which location to go to, it wouldn't be this one.
I'm not sure why, but this location constantly has issues scanning the T-Mobile credits. It should be pretty straightforward since everything is computerized which leaves me wondering if they really just don't want to accept the credits.

First of all, I will start off by saying who doesn't love ice cream? There is nothing wrong with the ice cream, however this location is kind of dirty and unkept, for example: the chairs and tables. I wouldn't feel like getting ice cream here unless something gets done about it. I wouldn't come to this location and instead go to another location if given the choice, but this is the closest location to me. The ladies who greeted me were nice though, so next time I come I will give it another chance to improve.

Been here a couple times. Overpriced and poor service. Thought it was funny that there was a sign if you get a hand packed quart or pint you can't have spoons or cups. I get it as a small business owner... but how much are you losing by providing the smallest gesture of spoons and a cup...

STAY AWAY!I’ve encountered a great deal of insects at this spot three times now! This place's hygiene has significantly declined over the last 12 months. Id suggest any other location or even cold stone than this place, get a bang for your buck!
