Was skeptical when new mgmt took over but this page had only gotten better. More art shows and open mics also the golden latte is a south asian twist on a bay area classic. They add tumeric , honey and ginger. Honestly the best latté i ever had way better than Cafe Mediterranean the inventor of the latté

Bean scene Cafe have a variety of options for drinks, pastry and sandwiches. South Indian filter coffee is available too, both small and medium size. Breakfast combos are available but different in terms of mix and match. For example, toasted bagel with stuffed eggs. Service is good. A nice place to hangout.

Nice place with good drinks and decent food. It's a good atmosphere for reading, studying, etc. It's in a great location if you go to the farmers market as you can grab a drink and some food before heading around the corner.

When the shop changed owners a few years back, this coffee spot took a downhill turn. Slowly, it seemed the energy and quality overcame the shortened hours and loss of professional Baristas. Now, there is another new owner and after speaking with him for a bit, it seems he is determined to enhance that old community connection and bring back that great meeting spot quality. A community landmark, Bay Street Coffee / Bean Scene is an excellent spot to sit for work or have a snack with a special friend
