I ordered 1+1 chicken biryani from DoorDash at 9:55pm and just picked up form the restaurant under 15 mins, it was cold, as if it was packed an hour ago and put aside for DoorDash future orders. I tired to call the restaurant and sent to VM 10 mins before closing time.

The party hall is a complete mess. Risky to walk on the broken tiles. Barely any space to walk around the buffet table. Even for plates, you need to repeatedly ask them to bring.
This used to be our favorite spot for biryani, but the quality has gone downhill recently. The last order came with fried chicken on top of half-cooked rice, and it took nearly 45 minutes to serve. Really disappointing, as this place used to be one of the best. I hope they can bring back the quality and consistency they were once known for.

The servers were unfriendly and completely ignored us most of the time. No courtesy, no communication, and definitely not worth the wait. Phones kept ringing nonstop, creating disturbance, but no one bothered to pick them up. 3. The owner’s attitude was extremely unhygienic and disrespectful — he didn’t know how to talk to customers. 4. He was shouting at his workers right in the dining area, in front of customers. 5. The wait time was over 45 minutes to 1 hour just for a single order.
